Will use this company again
Used Digital Save a few years ago and again recently. Although just small purchases each time, prices on my items were very competitive, comms efficient and delivery within a few days in good packaging. Will definitely use Digital Save again.

Damaged wires in THREE products
The last three purchases I have made of earphones have been awful. All three earphones have connection problems within the wires and they want me to pay to return them for a refund or replacement. I paid for three items that don’t work correctly, why should I pay for them to be returned also? Won’t be purchasing from them again.

You do not need to pay the return postage costs. Sorry if we were not very clear but the two methods we have provided are both paid by us.
With regards to the number of faulty units, your emails only mentioned two and not three. We have sent across an email to investigate this further and reassure you about the postage costs.
