Let's see 15 calls in total and no one picks up!
Okay, after trying to call 15+ times calling them, it keeps saying that all agents are busy. If I was fair, they are not busy at all. I was told to get an agreement at 3:00 pm or after today and I checked my email and nothing at all. I try to talk to them on live chat but same again, no one will reply to me, so goes to show that they have or are going to lose another customer.
No company can use this COV19 thing like a way to slip pas the agreement that we both agreed with.
The only time I will even update this review is when my account is live and that they stop keep on making this deployment in replying back to people like myself!
It's like a company called cymba, even they are just a laughing joke, they told me the same that someone would get back to me but no one did, hm I wonder why is that?
