This is my 2nd DS system. Both have operated flawlessly. First time I configured it myself and DS called with excellent suggestions to remove bottlenecks. Second one was preconfigured and seems very well balanced. The performance and quality of both was at least as good as more expensive systems.

I've bought two PCs from Digital Storm. Great experience both times.

I ordered my Digital Storm PC in August 2025, delivered in September and my experience with Digital Storm was absolutely amazing! Customer support always goes above and beyond and I was kept up to date with the progress of my build from start to completion. It does take some time to build depending on the combination of components you choose from, but the wait was well worth it as you will be getting the highest quality build and service in the industry. Delivery and packaging is also of the highest quality I’ve seen and I’ve had no issues with my PC whatsoever. I ordered my dream build and I got nothing short of that, I would highly recommend Digital Storm to anyone looking for quality, performance and efficiency.

I purchased an Aventum X from Digital Storm with a Ryzen 9 9950X3D and RTX 5090, and overall I’m very happy with the system itself.

The build quality is excellent. Cable management, cooling (CPU+GPU custom loop), and overall presentation are exactly what you’d expect from a high-end boutique builder. Performance-wise, the machine is an absolute beast and handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat.

I did run into an issue about three months in where the system would hard power off under certain gaming loads. After extensive troubleshooting on my end, I determined the problem was a failing PSU. Once the PSU was replaced, the system has been completely stable.

This is where my experience is a bit mixed. The technical diagnosis from support ultimately pointed in the right direction (PSU), but the process to get there was more difficult than it should have been. I was asked to perform a full PSU and wiring removal in a very large, heavy, custom-loop system, which isn’t something most customers realistically have the space or setup to do easily. There were also some communication inconsistencies that added frustration during an already stressful situation.

That said, I want to be fair: the core system design, part selection, and final outcome are excellent. Once the faulty component was addressed, the PC performs exactly as expected for a build at this level.

If you’re considering Digital Storm, my advice would be:

Expect top-tier hardware and build quality
Be prepared to advocate for yourself during troubleshooting if an issue arises

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the performance of the system, but there is definitely room for improvement in the support process for complex, high-end builds.

Digital Storm builds very high quality machines for a reasonable price. Their customer service is responsive and helpful. I have now purchased two desktop PCs from them; I am very pleased with the results and will definitely order from them again when I need a new PC.

From start to finish ordering from this company is informative and stress free. You can customize all the major parts, the prices are great and the product is top quality. I have purchased two computers from them and both times I have been more than satisfied with product received. They allow you to track the progress of your system all the way up to delivery.

Best PC ive had. Runs great, no flaws. Customer service was outstanding. From building, inquiring insight and all the way to it being shipped. Even with a hiccup in shipping, I still give 5 stars. Every company cant be 100% perfect at all times, but what set them apart was the crazy amount of effort and personal time they took to insure everything was taken care of asap and as smooth as it could. Not sure ill need a new PC for many years after this build, but if I do, Digital Storm will be me go to place again!

Absolutely love my Digital Storm Velox!!! This beast of a computer has met and exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s incredibly fast, powerful, and runs smoothly no matter what I’m doing. You can tell it’s a high-quality build, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium computer.

I typically give ratings based on overall experience. I did have a peripheral board issue and I am a computer tech, so replacing it was not my favorite thing ever, but the issue was resolved with no hiccups. The Digital Storm team took care of me when I needed it without any additional hassle. They didn't question me and they lead me to the solution. The computer runs perfectly. Fantastic performance, the look and feel is high quality, and this thing is quiet! I cannot say enough good things without writing a book. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Price of the products are within the expected range for a business that builds computers - a little on the higher end.
Had lasting issues with AMD 9 9900 processor and the motherboard. Was kind of difficult to reach the appropriate personnel who could help fix the technical issue. The first technician abruptly ended the ticket without confirming if the proposed set of instructions solved the problem (it did not).
Once escalated however, the support I received was personal. Months of continuous communication, calls, emails. Was able to resolve the reoccurring problem without having to send in the workstation through their guidance.
Mildly disappointed and annoyed I had to experience any problem within the first couple months of purchase. AMD workstation has yet to reach the 1 year mark. My Intel processor of similar performance level continues to run without errors.

For context the error I kept running into with my AMD processor was LiveKernel 141 and a1000001. Computer would freeze and required force shutdown. Updating the motherboard seems to have solved it? Again, on one hand it's disappointing, but one the other, AMD is known to have issues with their integrated GPU + dedicated GPU working together as a hybrid.

I was in the market for a new pc after the last pc purchased from you was great as well, I was looking to up grade into a new and more powerful platform, your configuration process and technical support on what was need from a real live person was second to none, I am extremely happy with my pc and the overall purchase.

Purchasing from Digital Storm was great. Lots of options at a good price. My system has been operating rock solidly from day 1.

When it comes to pc gaming I really what quality and truly there are about 4 company’s I check but Digitalstorm is always my number one, helpful customers serves, great deal on product and simply people that seem to like what they do! All the best and thanks guys!

Allow me to supply a little bit of my background.
40 years of personal compute ownership. Studied
programming in 1983 at the Control Data Institute in New York City, and began my ownership in early DOS operating systems.

Proud owner of the third internet cafe to open in the US in 1994 before home computers and laptops became affordable, boasting Pentium 100 megahertz systems.

I used 8 identical Alienware computers at that time before switching to the short lived Monarch computers. Both were reliable and had solid builds and pre-release testing, but both having grown quickly in popularity suffered in customer support when their customer base grew faster than their support networks. - A common failing.

I was an insatiable consumer of all the compute tech mags trying to keep up with the near constant new developments, and closely following new companies for their reliability.

Then Digital Storm appeared to great reviews which all lauded their 3 most important features; Extensive pre-release testing, rock solid reliability and customer support. I've been with them now for 20 years and they've never wavered in these three most vital services.

- My current Velox system is a wonder, operating glitch and trouble free, handling my business applications, graphics design, movie editing and gaming all with error free ease.

It was a large investment that I would not entrust to anyone else but Digital Storm:

Whenever I've had the slightest problem or question
Digital Storm answered promptly with patient and reliable support, walking me through graphics card upgrade installations and testing with thorough followups to make sure my system was performing
at peak efficiency and stability. They had my back
and I have never received such extensive support from any other supplier in my 40 plus years in the business.

I must add here that I've not had to call them once in over 3 years of constant operation. This Velox system is amazing, running continually under heavy loads without so much as a hiccup that interrupts production.

- All that being said - Perhaps I've been lucky:
At the time of this review D S has a nearly 40% fail rate and obviously has to invest in quality control,
their build and test teams are failing miserably.
They won't survive at this rate and have to bring those numbers back to 95% positive reviews like they were at the start.

Upper management is ultimately to blame which requires a complete ops overhaul replacing those responsible at the highest level.

At this moment purchasing from D S is 50 50 crap shoot. That's an absolutely abysmal gamble.

I'd give them a year to do the fix and watch the numbers closely before engaging with them again.

One disillusioned customer of many -

Everything end to end with my experience was absolutely flawless- advice on customizing my build, ordering and status updates, packaging and delivery, and performance over the past 6 months enjoying my gaming PC!

Fair prices, PC came in safe packaging. Everything worked right out of the box. Been running the machine for a bit over a year now, everything works great. No complaints!
