I am sharing my experience with DTI Kalkaji Delhi

I am sharing my experience with DTI – Digital Team India (Kalkaji) to help others make an informed decision.

I engaged their services for support related to my Amazon seller account. During the engagement, my account was deactivated due to a policy-related issue. While I understand that such situations can be complex, I expected a much higher level of guidance and structured support from a professional agency.

I experienced communication gaps and lack of clarity from the team (Bhumika, Yogesh, Yogita, and Neetu), especially when the issue escalated. There was no clear resolution plan or proactive support during a critical phase.

What concerned me most was the lack of leadership involvement at that stage. I made multiple attempts to reach out to the owner, Jatin, but was unable to connect or receive any direction during this period. In situations like these, timely intervention from leadership becomes extremely important.

Based on my experience, I did not feel adequately supported when it mattered the most. I would advise others to clearly define expectations, communication standards, and escalation support, including leadership availability, before working with any such agency.

This review reflects my personal experience.
