I moved to Digitel when I had nothing but problems with my existing provider. Digitel came reviewed my bills and proposed a new system that is future proof. The best part is it's saving me money, this was down to the industry experience of the person that came out. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing the review on here but visited another review site and they were getting phrases on every review. I can honestly say I am so glad I moved to Digitel. I don't normally do reviews but I thought I should let people know about my experance.

I can honestly say this is our worst business decision to date.
We have had an ongoing list of problems such as:
Phones Not Working
Calls cutting out mid conversation
Poor quality lines
Android sounding phone lines
We have tried to get of the contract and we have been threatened with a cancellation charge of over £13,000!
If you are looking for a reputable tel coms provider then look elsewhere. I would strongly advise not to use Digitel Europe.
