We cannot thank Dinarie enough for the wonderful palliative care they gave our mum in her final couple of years. In that time Mandy and her amazing team of ladies were more than just carers they became friends and their visits brightened each day and gave us, as a family, support through the difficult times.
The whole team treated Mum with total respect and just the right degree of humour to make Mum feel relaxed and comfortable to adjust to the situation that she found herself in.
The ladies were observant of Mum’s changing condition and the office team were always there to support us in getting the right medical attention she needed. Many times we were told by other healthcare professionals that visited what a great job Mums carers were doing but we knew that already!
Many, many thanks to you all for doing a wonderful job.

When my sister was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness her greatest wish was to return home and stay in familiar surroundings until she died. Dinarie Home Care made that possible. My sister was looked after by the most caring team imaginable. All the ladies treated my sister with such care and compassion and went well beyond their call of duty. Most importantly my sister really took to her carers and looked forward to their visits. Mandy and her team were also very supportive to us as a family. A huge thank you to you all for making such a difficult and sad time easier for us.

I work as a community nurse and have encountered many members of the team at Dinarie that are caring for patients I am visiting for nursing care. Every time I have met an employee from this company I observe them all to be kind caring and knowledgeable of each patients individual needs. As an example, I was asked to visit a patient after they had passed away. On my arrival 2 members of the Dinarie team had already arrived and had provided comfort for the family members, but the staff went above and beyond and had already washed and dressed the patient in clothes chosen by the family. The family members left behind were so thankful for the comfort they recieved and for all the dignified attention paid to their passed loved one.

Cannot praise the team working for Dinarie high enough! Every carer that entered the home of our parents to look after our dad, Don Reynolds for the past ten weeks have been absolutely fabulous. They helped make dads last weeks “bearable”! As luck would have it, two of the girls were actually here last night when dad passed away. They were so supportive and caring during one of the hardest days of our lives.
We must also thank them for treating their dog daily bringing in treats.
Mandy, we would not hesitate to recommend each and everyone of your girls to assist people in their hour of need!

Mandy and her team looked after my nan in the last few weeks of her life and they were excellent. All the staff were so kind and professional. Nan was so well looked after and enjoyed the visits and having a chat. It was important Nan felt safe and she definitely did. Thanks for the staff for supporting Nan and our family through a difficult time.

All the staff we encountered at Dinaree were kind, caring and professional. They were always prepared to go the extra mile and showed compassion for my palliative friend and supported me as her advocate. Mandy the owner manager is very expereinced in palliative care and the multitude of issues surounding it, providing advice and suport at difficult times. All the staff helped in navigating the medical support side which can be very confusing at first, sharing their extensive knowledge of the local services and suppliers. A difficult few months was made more manageable thanks to their support and kindness.

I can’t thank Mandy and her team enough for the care and support they gave both me and my mum in her final days, they were all kind, caring, professional and supportive. The service was absolutely second to none and that meant we didn’t have any additional stress at such a difficult time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service they were so appreciated by both my mum and our family. It’s rare to find care like this and it meant so much to have it, so thank you to the whole team for doing such a brilliant job.

Thank you to all of you at Dinarie Home Care! I cannot recommend Mandy and her fabulous team highly enough. They cared for my mum with the utmost professionalism, skill and kindness. Their visits were always looked forward to and they never once let us down. My mum was so much happier being cared for by all at Dinarie than being cared for by anyone else, so thank you!
If you are searching for the right care team to look after your loved one(s), just hope Mandy and the team have space because you honestly couldn't do any better.

Thank you so much to Team Dinarie. You cared for my mother for 16 months and never missed a call. A high professional,knowledgeable and caring organisation, worth every penny. My Mum Mollie felt so confident with your care and she always looked forward to your cheery calls, in fact we all did. Her passing was very peaceful and she was beautifully cared for until the very end. When the community district nurses visited they commented that Dinarie always did an excellent job. Thank you so very very much , you made her wish to stay at home until her passing a reality. A special thank you to Mandy, whom my Mother adored.

Mandy and her wonderful team looked after my Dad for 6 months and 1 one whilst he was on end of life care. The team are all so caring, nothing is too much trouble, they not only cared for him but us as a family too. The whole Dinarie team helped to ensure that my husband was able to die in his own home with dignity, providing daily care that was professional, empathetic, respectful and centred completely on what he wanted. They look the time to communicate with him when that was increasingly difficult, and offered me support and kindness throughout.

Mandy and her excellent team supported and helped us navigate what was a difficult time for our family.

She reassured us in times of high anxiety and stress, both Nicole and Jo were there throughout the nights when we needed help the most.

The team of carers at Dinarie are very impressive.

Not only are they totally reliable, communicative and hugely responsive to requests for help, but they bought a feeling lightness, friendship and joy to my father.

He is a retired doctor, who spent his life working with nurses in hospitals in London and Cambridge. His professional experience makes him an tough customer to impress, but he has nothing but the highest praise for Dinarie's carers.

We look forward to their visits and appreciate their expertise and experience as well as the kindness that they always bring with them, even when things are difficult.

Dinarie arrived at just the right time, thanks to a recommendation from one of the community nurses. Dinarie immediately removed most of the stress I was feeling while struggling to care for my very unwell father at home.

The office administration and organisation is very professional and well prepared.

I highly recommend Dinarie to anyone needing cost effective, professional and friendly care for a loved one.

He was not just cared for in the most wonderful caring manner, with dignity and respect physically . But at times when he felt low you cared for his mental health needs. Mandy and her team provided excellent and flexible care for my partner in the last few weeks of her life.

They were all kind, professional and caring, fitting around my needs and allowing her to pass away in her own bed, in her own home, which was very important to her.
