all went well but they charge 20+% $44 aud cost me $56aud to PNG.The site only provided the conversation rate not their charge. The charge is hidden until you have paid. I expect to pay but not that much.

I went through all the motions to top up with data plan minutes but it ended up being credited with direct calls. Ding agreed I should have gotten data plan minutes. I am out of luck and my kid is left with no data minutes.

Company has good reviews - but please look at the reviews - most of the comments have been made from request from Ding! To satisfied customers who has already received their load or voucher!
It's first when you get a problem you will see how good a company are to solve it.
I bought a voucher - 1 week ago - jollibee to a friend in the Philippines. My friend didn't receive the voucher message and ding can NOT send it manually again - so if it's failed the first time - there are no solutions! Then they told me that my friend could use the code - first the jollibee branch didn't accept that - with out the message and voucher. But after I had sent my recipt - my chat and email correspondence - the shop finally accepted to try the code and then it didn't work either.
I have told this to DING for a week - first they told me I had to wait 1 day - then up to 3 days and now its gone a week - nothing happens. They blame all on Jollibee - that they haven't answered Ding - but is this my problem? NOT! I have asked to get my money back - thankfully I paid with paypal and I know they will help me!
Ding's customer service is absolutely a disgrace!
If jollibee don't answer on email - they don't have phone in the Philippines? And if Jollibee don't answer them - how can they co-operate?

To all please don’t ever purchase gift cards from Ding. I lost $20 on a Robinson gift card as they refused to honor the card at the store. Ding refused to exchange or refund amount. I had numerous emails conversation but to no avail. In my eyes it’s false advertising to say the least hopefully they try to help people in the future vs hurting customers as I was I say was a long time customer no more . I only gave one star because no option for zero!

I appreciate the help service that i've got through this app. In November 2rd 2024 i ordered for data plan of MTN 45GB while was still in Europe hoping that as soon as i arrived at the airport in Nigeria on the same day, i will receive the data to be able to connect with my people through the Internet. But on getting to Nigeria i couldn't receive anything from the MTN.
I waited days and weeks to confirm the data, but to know avail. Then i went to the MTN office to report the issue. The MTN customer care control the system and confirmed my claims. But surprisingly, she told me that she is sorry that they can not deliver the data to me.
Then i asked her, how can i get my money back, she told that i should contact the place that i placed the order to refund me. And after 4 months of vacation in Nigeria, i returned back to Europe and then layed a complained to DING about the undelivered data plan.
All they asked me, is to provide the details and i did. And just less than 1day, i received my money back. Though, not in cash, but data plan. So, i am satisfied with their services.

Disaster and official theft, complete misleading. I simply charged €6 my account in Italy the operator is. TIM. DING charged me €3 without any notification of the charging costs,  complete the liars and misleading never again do not approach this application, liars and they will steal their money literally and you cannot reverse the payment not even within the two minutes after conducting the operation

Sent $29.99 in top up to jamaica. There was a special going on where I would get a bonus and my brother would receive a littleover $22,000. On the receipt shows that my brother received a little over $22,000. But he didn't. He only got a little over $3,000. Don't offer a bonus if you're going to trick people.
