Can’t review if I have not received it. I also just used the appropriate “did not receive” selection and then you still ask me to review the product that I did not receive so even the review section does not work correctly

I have looked into this for you and can see your order was shipped out on the 14th of December. Shipping to New Zealand can take 7-12 working days and this time excludes weekends/public holidays. It's definitely on the way and should arrive over the next week.
