As far as kids' cutlery it was fine but delivery presentation took away from the product's appeal & quality.

Good quality cutlery just right for small hands. There was no information on whether it was dishwasher safe.
Solid construction. Grandson loves them. Good fit for small hands.

I am extremely disappointed in the… I am extremely disappointed in the packaging of the product i have bought as it is for my grandsons 1st Birthday and when i recieved the knife, folk and spoon it arrive it just the post bag . it wasn't even wrapped in paper let alone a gift box/bag. I have had emails regarding specials and your other products but i will not buy anything else because i am really unhappy with the response after emailing your website . There was no offer to with the problem except email the Managers to be looked into further. I have not heard anything else back from you....... Email response below Hi, Thanks for your email. I am sorry to hear that you not happy how your order was received. To be honest I do understand what you are saying and this should arrive in a Gift Box of some sort. I have passed on your feedback to the Managers and designs team for this to be looked into further. I do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. The apology hasn't fixed the issue as I have to now find away of gift boxing it to give away as a lovely gift not a gift in a postage bag.
