Really nice products, ordered three different animal figures for my nephew and he loved them. Good communication with the company and quick delivery even though i needed to change the address. Would and likely will order from them again.

Ordered a few dinosaurs for my son for Christmas. Most were good, but one arrived with the whole bottom jaw missing. Emailed on three separate occasions and still no response. Disappointing. There is nothing unique about their products so customer service matters. I will not be ordering from them again.

Great service and excellent choice of dinosaur models! I bought a selection for my dino enthusiast son and they arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. Ordering was straightforward and communication with the company was easy. Thanks Dinosaur Time, my little one is going to love his GR Toys Carcharadontosaurus!

Ordered a box of 48 dinosaurs and phoned the number on their website if it will be delivered by the weekend and the owner assured it would be and it was. Very happy with the service I received.

Scammers! - as others have said DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
After 2 months of waiting & not replying to emails i got a credit card refund.
Order direct from China for a much better experience.

Avoid this Company. When you order you will receive a confirmation email giving various ways of contact. They do not respond to any.
I have not received the item and now gone through PayPal for assistance. Is this Company for real?

I echo other comments completely, you place an order, get an automated notification that they have sent, with no tracking of course. Then wait and wait and receive nothing, contact them and hear nothing back, chase up and nothing again. Escalated to payal but they obviously do apparently get their e mails and respond only to fight a claim so they can keep your money for longer but are just the shameful side of capitalism.

Ordered an item from their website which was never delivered. Despite request for a refund it never materialised and no further contact from them. In the end I had my bank place a chargeback on their account. My advice is to avoid this company.

Bad experience, placed an order for Papo toy that I cannot find anywhere else as the website says its in stock (was not up to date), but already paid fully through Paypal, they never notify through email about the item not in stock, no follow up whatsoever about refund to reassure customer, waited for refund for weeks, sent email multiple times to all their listed email contacts on multiple occasions stil no reply. Had to claim through Paypal and have Paypal contacted the seller, eventually Paypal concluded their investigation into the case and Paypal have decided in my favour. Avoid dinosaurtime.co.uk at all cost. Zero customer service.
