Had this company carry out a full boiler and pipework installation, including radiators throughout the house and hot/cold feeds into the main bathroom, ensuite and utility.

Unfortunately, the problems started almost immediately. The boiler stopped working straight away and they seemed unable to diagnose the issue themselves, eventually having to go through Bosch to resolve it.

Every radiator they installed leaked afterwards. They came back out at least five separate times to try and fix different leaks. Each time, the engineer would tighten something, blame the previous employee who attended, and then the radiator would leak again shortly after.

The boiler overflow was also connected into the sewage downpipe and is now leaking as well.

On top of that, the pipe fitting for the kitchen tap burst off and caused a leak. They came back to “fix” it, and when I later emailed to say I still wasn’t confident in the repair, I was assured it was fine. It then started leaking again the day before the kitchen installation.

At that point I hired another plumber, who informed me the push-fit fitting hadn’t even been fitted with the insert, which explained why it kept leaking.

Overall, very disappointing workmanship and repeated issues throughout the install. I won’t be using this company again for boiler servicing or any future plumbing work. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Can't compliment Dinsdale Plumbing and Heating enough. Their engineer, Rikki and his apprentice Ethan installed a new boiler for me, their service was excellent from start to finish. Both guys were very friendly and polite and it was evident that they took pride in their work. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review and recommending this company.

Having a suspected water leak on my Bathroom shower I phoned Dinsdale Plumbing and Heating this morning and the Lady receptionist managed to get me a visit the same morning by Owen.
Owen was a superb engineer but more so one of the most polite and patient men I have ever met he was above and beyond and informed us the possible problems with our water leakage/or other. We were fully informed of the possibilities and will try a few things out before we find it necessary to give Dinsdale an update and if required a second visit.

17.06.25 Down graded to 3 star as not the best at detecting bad water leakage from the shower (above bath) into the internal bungalow wall Kevin suggested to re grout the bath and this I was in agreement with as water was seeping through this old sealant but this was not the full cause of the sever wetness/pooling of water and would not of stopped the water so I sealed all the grout in the tiles around the bath with "HG wall & Floor grout protector also all shower points entering the internal tiled wall with Clear Silicone Sealant and removed all old sealant from the bath sides and re sealed. Now I am drying out with dehumidifier and not a drip of water since.
Would of thought I would of been given far better advice from Dinsdale Plumbing.

This company was fantastic in helping me when I was let down by a company I had used for years. I needed all radiators and valves changing in a property I was refurbishing and had to move into quickly. Kevin gave me a good price and arranged the job quickly. Ricky and Ryan carried out a first class job with no mess or damage to a newly decorated property. This company is first class and very professionally managed. They will be carrying out all my heating and plumbing in the future.

Made an appointment to replace a blown boiler within 8 days. Turned up at 8.15 and had completed the installation by lunchtime.
Great communication throughout the process, which helps provide confidence in a company. Some other local heating companies didn’t even respond to a request to quote.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent service fixing a dripping tap. My wife, who has long covid, was not strong enough to close the tap so that it did drip. Now she is able to!

Once again Dinsdale Plumbing & Heating have done a superb job. We had the old boiler removed and a combi installed, also one new radiator. The work was originally scheduled to take 3 days, 9-11 Feb, but we had to self-isolate up to and including 9 Feb, so extra people were put on the job to complete it in 2 days. At times there were 4 people working but they were always very considerate, working around our needs, and cleaning up well. A lovely polite, professional team. We always Dinsdale.

Although a little late service of central heating boiler and gas fire was as excellent and reliable as ever. Friendly engineer did a quick and very clean job. Will certainly use again

Prompt excellent service as usual. Just small jobs, mending faulty toilet flush and fixing grab rails on bath, but jobs I could not do myself.

I can highly recommend Dinsdale Plumbing and Heating Ltd. They keep to their appointment times, work conscientiously and efficiently and the end result is very satisfactory. The work involved replacing a stopcock, adding a sure-stop switch and replacing a hot water valve.
