Be careful with this place. The only thing they are good at is sending you to Akuten or letting you wait for ages for the next appointment. It seems that don't have many that can handle a bit more advanced work or treatment.
I called and told them what the problem I hade, before I went to them. Still, efter meeting up with someone there I was send to Akuten. They couldn't handle it and don't have the time to start something to stop the pain I had, according to them. However, at the emergency at Fridhemsplan it took less than 10 minutes for the doctor to open up the teeth, clean it up and to fill in temporary fillings.
After the emergency treatment at Fridhemsplan I called back Solna tandvården for normal treatment. I then needed to wait for 5 weeks to be able to meet a doctor who could do "rotbehandling". In between I have got an appointment only for "undersökningen", which has nothing to do with the teeth I was having problems with. To the sist I hade finally been able to meet this doctor who was said to take over my case with, but I was then told that I will need to have an extraction, while she pointed the picture on my teeth.
I have been in this place for three times now, three investigations, around two months, more than three thousands I paid, couldn't you have told me a bit earlier that I need an extraction? Couldn't you have seen the picture in your computer a bit earlier? And I have no pain on that teeth now? I actually didn't know what to do, but still left there without having the teeth done with anything.
I have to say this is the most horrible experience I have ever had with the dentists! Don't go to them, please!
