fake lifetime warranty

Bought a DI ORO spatula in Feb 2021, advertised with a "lifetime warranty." It failed in Feb 2026. DI ORO agreed the warranty claim was valid and promised a replacement — but then said there was 'no stock' in the UK and to check back in a few weeks. Despite repeated follow-ups, no replacement or refund has been provided and all correspondence is ignored clearly because the do not intend to honour it. Disappointing that a company advertising a lifetime guarantee won't actually honour it once a claim is approved.
