Am having it retro fitted by a company near where I am based shortly but product fits the description as advertised and perfect for what I. want

I bought a hardshell roof tent off…
I bought a hardshell roof tent off these guys in November they did not send out the brackets to mount to my roof bars originally but even after receiving them they did not fit in the rails on the roof tent correctly so was a nightmare to fit the roof tent to the roof.
After using the roof tent in November with all the doors open a quarter to allow ventilation we experienced horrendous condensation due to there being no vents in the top of the roof tent to allow air to escape (other roof tent brands seem to have these vents) to the point the mattress and everything inside was soaked by the morning.
I never leave bad reviews but I would highly recommend to avoid buying their clam shell roof tents to save yourself a lot of hassle….
Their customer service was good and I got a refund but the product was very poor.

Very helpful on the phone.Recieved the goods very quickly.Told it was straightforward to fit.Was Abit wery when I received the sidesteps.A little thought and they were on. Look good and pleased with them.
