Only half my order arrived and damaged
Only half my order arrived. And even half of what did arrive was damaged. I called and got someone telling me to e-mail a complaint. Did that twice and had no response within a week. Terrible customer service. I understand it’s the courier that’s lost/damaged the items but the fact that I’m being ignored is just the cherry ontop. Won’t be ordering from here again and now I’ve got to try and reclaim my payment + loss of earnings as this set me back on the job.

Initial contact was good. Very helpful.
One of the parts was unfortunately slightly wrong, but replacement sent very quickly and service was very good.
Delivery company they use though... not great.
