Avoid this company - Fake stock levels and a nightmare refund process
I have tried ordering from this company twice, and both times the orders were canceled due to stock issues, resulting in a painful, drawn-out refund process.
First Experience:
I ordered memory sticks that were listed as "in stock" with no mention of them being refurbished. After waiting over a week with no updates, I had to chase them, only to be told the item was unavailable. They sent a sloppy, AI-generated email offering a completely different replacement product. When I declined, they tried to force a voucher refund, insisting it was "better value." After refusing the vouchers twice, they offered a bank transfer, forcing me to explicitly demand a refund to my original payment method. Despite promising a 3-5 day turnaround, nothing happened. I had to chase them yet again, finally receiving my money after 10 days.
Second Experience:
Foolishly, I gave them another chance, and it was even worse - taking nearly a month to get my money back. Once again, I had to chase them to find out the item was out of stock. A week after agreeing to a cancellation, I had to follow up again just to get them to process the refund. Another week passed, only for them to email me stating the items were back in stock but demanding 50% more money to ship them. I had to re-confirm the cancellation just to get them to stop.
The Credit Card Fallout:
Because of their severe delays in processing cancellations, both transactions hit my credit card statement before the refunds went through. I have been forced to go through a complicated process with my bank to mark both transactions as official disputes.
Summary:
This company appears to be an unreliable middleman with zero inventory management and an incredibly sloppy customer service team. Save yourself the massive headache and shop elsewhere.

When I enquired by email to ask a couple of question about delivery timing, I received a prompt response from a lovely helpful and well informed girl called Bella. The fact it wasn’t a bot was brilliant. Then Bella kept with me, sending me progress updates over the next few days, as my parcel made it from the U.S to my home in London. Utterly brilliant service
Bunch of scammers
Bunch of scammers. Selling £50 AliExpress enclosures for £350 watch who you buy from
Edit
There’s no order number because I didn’t order anything. This review is a warning against profiteering associated with your company
The enclosures you are listing are inflated by £300 over the actual cost. That’s actually disgusting
Cheers

Good communication and speedy delivery
Customer support misinformed me completely about the product before purchase
I enquired about this product: TRENDnet Wi-Fi Everywhere Powerline 1200 AV2 AC1200, and I specifically asked if it contained two units and did it have a UK plug. Sophie replied from WeCare / DirectNine confirming there was an access point and one additional powerline adaptor, and a UK plug. The product arrived, there was no additional powerline adaptor and the unit had a US plug. I believe they are using ChatGPT to do their support and it is just giving out any old information. When I followed up with their support department on the UK number on the contact us page, I was connected to a man with poor english and a baby crying in the background who was unable to find my order despite repeated attempts to read him the number. It seems like this is a very amateur operation selling expensive high end gear, who have cheaped out on customer service. AVOID!

Great little piece of kit!
Price was reasonable, communication was great and delivery was good too (took a week to come but l was prepared and ok with that, as coming from USA most likely). All good, would definitely use again, thanks! Hub and sensor so easy to set up too, all working great so far 👍

Great service
Easy to use website, great communication via customer services, great delivery.
WATCH OUT! Selling reconditioned as new
Ordered a Garmin smart watch and when it arrived it was clearly a reconditioned item. This was sold as brand new, yet had no original packaging whatsoever. DirectNine did not deny that the item was reconditioned, only saying "all our items are thoroughly inspected". The return process involved sending the watch back to a US address, with the postage refund only coming two weeks after posting, and from an address in India. The company recieved the item on April 20th, today is May 3rd, and they have still not refunded me almost £200, giving a different excuse every day. AVOID!

Item not received, apparently cancelled after chasing. Protect your money.

Read the bad reviews but thought I give them a chance which turned out to be a mistake.
Ordered and paid for a projector over a week ago with confirmation email. Money's been taken but there were no further updates so chased up on shipping status.
Email came back saying the order was cancelled internally withhout any explanations and that refund would be issued according to their timetable.
Had a look at their website and they've increased the price of the projector.
Not a serious website, avoid like the plague.
Update: not only did they not process the refund as informed, when I raise a dispute with Amex, they asked me to close the dispute, otherwise they can't issue me a refund. How stupid do they think I am? What a scam.
