I received a free sample of white chocolate and raspberry from direct nutrition.
It mixed really well with milk, really smooth with no lumps and it tasted great, i'd definitely buy and recommend this protein.

It depends on the amount of water/ milk you add to it ,
Smooth creamy taser was nice would recommend it to others but my not be to everyone's taste but well worth a try

Good all rounder
Tried a sample of the elite - strawberry flavour. Flavour was good not too bland not too over powering or sweet. Given 4/5 as mix wasn't as smooth as I thought it would be however a great product all the same. Also protein content isn't stupidly high therefore great for a top up between or as part of a meal.

Fantastic products at fantastic prices
Been back today to replenish my stock , great service in store and great advice and product knowledge by staff there , I currently use hydrate for spin classes to keep me replenished and elite protein for after my classes , find the products mix very well in there shakers and taste very good , I defiantly feel a gain in bursts of energy and muscle recovery using these products and would recommend without question !!
