Ordered product on the 5th of feb. Got an email on the 12th saying there were delays in delivery. I cancelled the order. Never got my money back after cancelling. Tried to contact the company. Response: 'because of circumstances we're not available. Sorry for the inconvenience.'

I order iPhone 12 Pro Max 2 weeks ago, payed 412 e (in3 payment) and still not received my product.
I try to call and in the beginning I reach a guy telling me that they have some problems delivering it at the moment and now there is no way to contact Klantenservice. I’m angry coz payment is done and I still didn’t receive my product. In the end of this month there will by another automatic payment to in3.
I can’t even request to cancel my order coz there is no response.

I have the same issue with the rest of you. I ordered a new TV paid over 1 and half week ago. Emailed called getting no reply and the same voice mail message as the rest of you. I've calling them everyday same message. I am worried now and not sure what to do in order to get my money back. How can they still be in business treating customers this way? Its not legal. I'm sort of stuck feeling hopeless not sure what to do. I'm without money and TV i ordered.

If you paid with Paypal, raise a case. I'm finally getting a refund after weeks. If they can't provide a valid shipping code, Paypal will help you get your money back.

- 3rd of March, Wednesday, still no delivery. Still no track&trace, but someone named 'Robin' did reply. They're having logistical issues in the warehouse. So they have no idea when my product will be shipped...
- 6th of March, Saturday, still no delivery. No track&trace, and no communication. So I mail them again regarding my order to ask for a status update..."Thanks for your message. Due to circumstances we are unfortunately unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience. We wish you a nice day." ???

As of tomorrow the 3rd week will start. And all of this because I decided to buy a laptop from DirectSale. My projects are delayed. Everything is delayed. And on top of that, I am out 1199 euros without any form of communication from DirectSale.

After 6 months still no refund
I have been trying to get a refund on a product that stopped functioning within the warranty period for 6 months now. I have sent many emails and called, but often they just don't respond. After finally receiving a retour ticket and sending the product back, I again don't hear from them for a month and now receive the automatic reply 'Due to circumstances we are not available'. Am I ever getting my money back?!

Direct Sale is absolutely the worst…
Direct Sale is absolutely the worst online shop I have ever encountered. On the website it is promised, that the order will be sent the next day. At this point I am waiting already a week. When I called first two times I was given false promises, that the order will be send the next day. That never happened. During my third call, I realise the customer service has no impact on anything and they cannot help. I have been told, that I need to wait and maybe this week my package will come or maybe not and if I want a refund maybe it will be this week or maybe next. So for now no laptop and no money. Don't do shopping there!

You recieve defect products and no one is responsible!
I orderd an expensive monitor from them because it was 30 euro cheaper than other websites. then i recieved a damaged monitor which might not even worth more than 10 euro, that 10 euro also the price of cables included in the package. I called them many times and in the end someone picked up the phone. He asked me photos of monitor damage, package and ... the funny thing is that they accept their fault if the package is not opend. how can i know a monitor is not damaged if I do not start using that. still waiting for a decision from them. In my opinion if you want to waste your money then your time, just purchase from this shop. for some days I have no monitor to work with. Who is gonna pay me for the time I am workless?
update 9 february 2021: they sent me an email asking me to take down my review from trustpilot.com and it will take about a couple of working days to have my order processed. now it has been more than ten days and nothing happend. do not waste your time and money with such a company!
