Absolutely disgusting company do not go anywhere near them!! I ordered 4 pillows though wowcher which arrived heavily covered in black ink! Which then went on the cream sodas while taking them out the packaging! I have now emailed 4 times with no response and have called them 10 times which has resulted in my calls being cancelled! I am now out of pocket and have to deal with the damaged pillows! I will never buy from this company again!! I will not be recommending either!

WARNING - whatever you do , do not order from this company ( they trade from Wowcher and Groupon platforms ) . No option to award NO star review so had to tick an undeserved one star .
Dreadful quality of goods and no customer service . I bought two expensive pillows via Wowcher , they were unfit for purpose , lumpy ,& out of shape . I complained via Wowcher customer services but they were just as useless . Items ordered in August , still no refund despite Direct warehouse arranging their return , which I duly did . I have emailed the company directly on several occasions to request my refund and raised a Wowcher complaint case , again on several occasions . To date no action or refund .
Just bear in mind , if you order from this company and your order is not as you expected you won’t get your money back .
I will continue to warn as many people as possible about this awful company .

This company is an absolute disgrace, don't go near them. Wowcher is just as bad. Ordered pillows through Wowcher, pillows never arrived & now they do not respond to any requests for a refund. I don't know how they get away with still trading!

Ordered a 7.5tog feather duvet via Wowcher. What I received was not even feather as advertised it is a synthetic filling and even if that is what I wanted the quality is very very poor and is not even worth half of what I paid. Went onto website to return the item and the customer services telephone number given is not in use. I tried the main telephone number and it says that it isn’t taking any messages and to try later.
I don’t hold out much hope for returning this item and wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered this.

Bought a lumber pillow through woucher, what an absolute rip off!!!!! I've never received anything like this in my life, it looks like I've just picked it up out of the gutter. Its got holes everywhere, patches where the fleece is missing, the seam is coming apart, its rock hard and shapeless with balls of stuffing in some places and empty in others, wreaks like cigarettes, covered in some sort of mud coloured stain, its suppose to be fleece but its not, feels more like sand paper. Disgusting that this could even be sent out to a customer.

I bought a lumber support pillow from direct warehouse limited uk bradford via Wowcher using Paypal.when the parcel came, shaped like a fat fish! It was really heavy,the so called fleece outercover was scratchy poor material there was a hole in one of the seams and grey shoddy came out,was supposed to be the filling they put in kids teddys etc terrible service never answer phone or e mails and make it impossible to fill in refund form as shows code for you to verify then says its not correct and changes it , zero star for this company from !!!!me

Terrible company I ordered 2 sets of 2 pillows I received 1 but not the other, can't get answers from gogroopie can't get in touch with this company truly awful!!!!

I'm waiting over 2 months for my order of 8 pillows I've been shoved from pillar to post from living social to Wowcher to Direct warehouse and now Go Groopie not one valid phone number or email address apparently my refund is in a go Groupie wallet and no valid details to reach them. They are all a bunch of scammers and you know what you can do ,shove my pillows up your arses . I've learned my lesson the hard way. Never again il make it my business to read reviews before paying out to scammers like yourselves. 🤬🤬🤬

I have paid 83 for a 15 tog duvet, no email confirmation, I have emailed them and keep getting generic automated replies, absolutely disgusting l, feel abused and violated, how dare someone think this is acceptable, I am raising resolution and talked to me bank to state This is a scam, I am so careful usually, feel totally stupid with this company, always someone scamming your money 🤬

Still waiting for my order a month after ordering. Was told my order had been sent and provided a tracking number. Tracked the parcel and it hasn’t even been received by the courier. Keep getting emails saying they will refund etc. No refund received or parcel. Fuming.

Two Bob retailer,don't use them if you want to return anything good luck trying to get in touch with them. They just fob you off using Emails telling you your using the wrong platform whatever that Is. Don't use them

Just don't bother. Unless you are a glutton for bad customer service, frustration and a longwinded journey to get a refund.

If I could have left a 0 feedback review, I would have done. Utter scam artists, both Direct Warehouse and GoGroopie. I ordered a 16.5tog Super Bounce Back Duvet, and received a flimsy cheap piece of rubbish. Absolutely diabolical quality. It has taken well over a week to get them to send a return label, but after reading the problems people are having getting refunds, I think I am just going to chalk it up to experience and pass the "duvet" over to the animal rescue for bedding.

AVOID! Placed an order back in August, they sent the wrong pillows a month later, which were just lumps in a case. Sent the pillows back to get my proper order, that was a month ago. Still trying to sort it out. Have just requested a refund today (wish me luck!). Owner says they are struggling because of COVID. May be true but there are obviously huge issues with quality and customer services regardless.

Either way - they are not a business to place your trust in at this point in time, hopefully they can sort themselves out in the new year.

Worse company going! Complete rip off wish I had read reviews before ordering! Ordered pillows iver 6 months ago, in that time I had one reply asking me if I wanted refund or my order so I still wanted my order to which I still do not have and now no response from this company!!! Disgrace this I will get this company shut down for gross misconduct after seeing these reviews

Ordered. Extra Thick 16.5 tog double duvet and recieved a paper thin double duvet. Contacted via Amazon many times and was asked to send photo of said item...which i did. Eventually they offered 40% refund...a replacement or a full refund..I want a full refund to buy what i actually wanted. Have returned item. and will see if i am refunded. I posted customer review 2 times with photos on to Amazon site for it to be rejected. It was an honest and true account....not obscene or rude . Sad really that an honest review wont be shown. Says on their buisness site that they are permanantely closed but still trading on Amazon. Disgrace

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- Unbelievable company and supplier. Purchased an item that did not arrive and then contacted them direct to advise I had not received it and was told that they would refund me. Still waiting for the refund and its nearly a month later!
I think maybe someone should contact Trading Standards as false advertising as this company is selling items that never arrive!

I ordered a bounce back winter duvet - when it arrived it was parcelled up in a package saying Summer quilt, the label of the tog has been physically cut out on the packaging and there was no label to say on the duvet to confirm what it was. The quilt looked nothing like the quilt on the advert which i was supposed to have bought.

I wish i had read the reviews first before i had ordered the quit, cause i certainly would not of bought anything from these.

I have been sent a label to return the item via Hermes and have taken to the drop off points 4 times now and no-one will accept it they say the label is for a driver to collect it and have got no-where with talking to them direct.
Just want my money back not

Brought the hotel quality pillow, Lumpy, thin case, not what i expected, i would never buy items with voucher anymore, if you manage to send item back(No Chance), you do not get the postage.
IF Poundland sold these they would sell them for £1 as they are total rubbish, i would not be suprised if these were not up to safety standard, ......KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.............
