Ordering very easy and delivered a lot quicker than expected. Very disappointed with after care. Bike has a battery fault and even thought told them within 24 hours, it’s now been 2 weeks since I’ve emailed them every other day, (couldn’t get through on phone) to actually get them to accept the battery back, which I have had to pay for and not been sent a replacement yet so who knows how long before the bike is actually usable for the purpose it’s intended for. Big shame really as it’s my sons bike and several of his friends were going to follow suit and order from there and now will be going elsewhere.

Front wheel bearing was broken and the petrol tank was snapped in pieces. Waste off money

Boys not had a lot of use of the bikes yet. But there was a washer missing I emailed over Xmas new year and have been s3nt the part missing. Excellent service thank you

Great little bike for the money grandson loves it :) fast little bike when it goes but make sure you get some one with bike building experience as it's really hard to put together when it arrives not easy at all, but overall well worth the money 👍

The bike was bought for my son for xmas! When opened a part was broken! I emailed and was told a replacement would be sent out but nothing was received then after being used 3 times the bike stopped working! I have had to buy new parts in order to get the bike working again!! I will not recommend this company to anyone and i will not purchase again from this company!!

Pull start broke within 2hours use, replaced pull start, continuously bogs out unable to ride, exhaust bolts rattled loose, very disappointed

I bought this for the little lad for Christmas came to Christmas Day when he wanted to go out on it and it never started the pull cord snapped so not been about to use it

exhaust cap snapped off, engine holder snapped off and the fuel pipe was so dry it was solid to the point were it snapped in half. the bike wont start with out new equipment being bought. all round worst xmas present i ever bought for my children. dont buy unless bike has thoroughly been checked over!! oh and i bought 2 yes 2 and im having pretty much the same fuel pipe issue with that aswell. deffo not worth £460 for the 2 bikes!

Wouldn't recommend my son had a bike for Xmas the fuel cap snapped when it was replaced he went out on it for the first time and the exhaust flew out and when looking at it it has snapped contacted the company to say they can't do nothing inhave to buy new exhaust won't be returning

Bike broke within a few weeks dont bother

Item came damaged but part that was damaged was sent out but the wrong part was sent out so had to wait even longer for the right part

Awful service, bike turned up and when we put it together we realised it didn’t turn right fully. We found that there was a weld in the way that stopped it turning. We contacted company sent pictures and videos after they reviewed this they told us that this was normal. So I said it’s normal for a bike not to turn right. This was a week before Christmas they haven’t got back to me and have ignored my emails. It’s a shame because the bike looks great but don’t buy this product because it doesn’t turn right and according to the company this is normal
