Wanted 300 for a deep clean after reading the reviews on here am glad I left it

I had a horrible experience with tammy, she skipped spots, unclean job, and horrible customer service. It's simply not worth the time and the money.

Any OR ALL of them can NOT enter your domicile!!!!!!!!!

I employed Tammy to clean my residence, but the outcome was disappointing. There were significant spots that she neglected, and she did not try to remedy the situation. I would not consider hiring her again.

Booked the window and sent a couple of messages as it was getting later in the day. Finally, at 12:40, I sent another message and was told the team was running behind (understandable) and could not make it until 4:30 (not so much). I asked for a refund and was told I should get it in 3-5 business days (which is great since no service was provided; it's ridiculous they charged me upfront anyway). In the meantime, I have wasted half my Friday and wasted money boarding my dogs. What an absolute disaster operation - I would have been totally fine with a call at around 10 or even 11 saying, 'Hey, we are so sorry - can we reschedule you and offer a discount for the inconvenience?' Something. Anything.

I had an excellent experience with Tammy and her crew. I requested a deep clean of the house and oven and they arrived promptly and went hard at work for hours until my house looked like I'd just moved in. Teen's bedrooms? Spotless and organised. Bathroom? Squeaky. Kitchen? Shiny. Oven? Like new.

They moved furniture and cleaned every spot, hoovered every inch and checked in regularly to ensure I was happy with their work. Even appreciated the cat.

Very grateful for their hard work.

I’ve been using Dirt Devils for years now, and sadly, their service has really gone downhill. While they used to be friendly and flexible, lately, their customer service has become inconsistent and unprofessional. The quality of cleaning has noticeably declined, with missed spots and a lack of attention to detail. Reliability has also become an issue, with them arriving late or cancelling at the last minute. It’s disappointing to see how much their standards have dropped. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality cleaners.
