I bought one of their complete A/C compressor kit with came with everything for the system. I also bought the 3 years warranty so in total I have 5 warranty years as the part comes with 2 year warranty. The prices was very good comparing to the auto parts store near me.

Everything in the box was in perfect condition nothing broken. Now I have my AC back very good and cold.

I ordered a new AC compressor kit for my Toyota Camry from Discount AC Parts and was surprised to find the package on my front porch in just two days (postage free). The unit was installed by a qualified auto mechanic. The performance along with the quality of the compressor is excellent and I am very satisfied.

I got the part before expected. I also had a good experience buying the compressor with the help of customer service

I placed an order on June 28th for an AC compressor through their site, DiscountACparts.com. The price was VERY good and it arrived very quickly. I was hesitant to trust them as their compressor came up in a Google search result and the pricing seemed too good to be true. I have three older Audis and decided to then proceed with ordering two more compressors via their sister site, BuyAutoParts as they were still sitting in my cart from my initial search back on the 28th of June. I realized BAP was just another umbrella site for the parent company, GPD so I figured it would be OK as well. Wrong! Keep in mind there are likely a NUMBER of these different web sites out there that are all just fingers on the GPD hand. Use caution!

On July 1st I ordered two more AC compressors at their good pricing. My order just sat there... processing. It was of course the July 4th holiday so I assumed that might back things up a bit. Then I got back to work and busy and realized, hey, I haven't gotten my order yet. Checked online and still processing but of course I paid back on July 1st. Two support emails went unanswered.

Today, July 18th I hop onto live chat to get things resolved. Diane is the online chat agent and at first tries to tell me that my order had been delivered (uh, that's the first order). Then she looks into order #2 and comes back to say those compressors are back-ordered and the order was cancelled. Oddly, I never got word of this and had been given no refund etc. In the meantime, BAP increased the price of the compressors on their web site to $312 and I told Diane in chat that they show them as in stock, and I bet that if I were to order one now at that price I'd get it. She transfers my chat to Anthony in sales... and sure enough, they have TEN of them in stock but just didn't want to honor my order because THEY had screwed up on their pricing within their catalog.

The best part? I had enough sense to screen record my entire interaction with them and fully caught them in the lie. As of writing this revue, still no refund or official cancellation notice. Sent me bad parts but can not get them to do anything about it. Buyer beware.

I bought one of their complete A/C compressor kit with came with everything for the system. I also bought the LIFETIME warranty for this compressor. When it arrived, it had a broken plug that was molded into the unit. I called customer service and she walked me through a simple "damaged part replacement". She stayed on the phone and let me take some pictures of the damage and we emailed back and forth and got a new part in the mail from a CLOSER source to my house than the original factory, so I could do the repair as quick as possible. Excellent service, and thinking about how to best help me. Highly recommend them!!!!

I ordered an A/C Compressor Kit and so far everything is good. The parts came in less than a week. I will DEFINITELY order from them again.

ordering was easy. all info such as year and car build date added to confidence that I was getting the right parts. everything was correct and my car now has great AC.

Ordered an AC kit with compressor for my 22 year old Toyota. The parts came quickly at a great price and are working well at this point. Very satisfied.

I bought the full AC kit with compressor, condenser, evaporator and two hoses. The price was very good and after installation my AC is blowing cold again.

The only thing about installation was getting the information on how much PAG oil to put into the system. Some web search says compressor doesn't come with oil, some search says it does. This was the most confusing part about the installation. I found some documentations that for my car, it required 4.5oz and I measured the oil in the new compressor, and it contained about 4.5oz.

Ordered a full AC kit back in December - it arrived in a decent amount of time, and seemed complete. I managed to work a temp fix on the old compressor, which allowed me to put off installing the new kit until warmer weather arrived. The warmer weather arrived 2 weeks ago - middle of June.
Installed most everything in the kit, and it went well until... The new compressor had a different electrical connector than the old one. I phoned company to see what they could do. It boiled down to me returning the new compressor for a refund, and keeping the rest of the kit - if I wanted.
I elected to splice in the old connector onto the new compressor, and thereby void any warranty. So far everything seems to be working properly - no leaks, no issues, and cold air. We'll see if it lasts a few years.
I was hoping they would've taken better care of a situation that their mistake caused. If I have to do this again someday, I think I'll choose a different company to purchase from.
