Terrible company, don't give them your hard earned cash. Discount Banner Printing do not answer telephone, they do not reply to emails and the products are nothing special. They charged me twice - once online and once on the telephone. I have telephoned and emailed numerous times requesting a refund on the overpayment but they just don't reply.

I have no stickers, no anwer to any calls, no replys to any emails but my cash is gone.

These are a diabolical company.

STAY AWAY.

This company has got to be the worst example of how not to run a business. So far I've sent three emails; each ignored, left five voicemails over a three day period and none of my calls have been returned
Why offer two telephone number on the website if the phone is not going to be answered or voicemails returned
I strongly advise anyone considering using this business not to take the risk!

I ordered stickers at a certain price and paid in full. The next day I received an email requesting I pay nearly double the price already paid because there was a fault in the on-line processing during my order.

I responded by saying I cannot be asked to pay near double for a mistake with their ordering process, and requested a full refund. Several emails later I received a response and a full refund, which was fully appreciated.

What kind of business doesn't have anyone to talk to when there's a problem, where the only way to communicate about an issue is through email? The kind of company that produces crap and has a lot of angry people wanting to yell down the phone at them - that's who.

That's exactly what Discount Banner Printing does - they don't have anyone to talk to because they'd be out of business paying a massive number of staff to talk to all the dissatisfied customers.

I can't believe this company has a rating of even 3 stars. I placed an order for static cling stickers at the beginning of March, which turned up looking horrible (blurry and grainy, couldn't even read the text). My files were high-res and full size, so no problems there.

I emailed a first complaint on 15th March and now it's a month later and they've only been in touch a few times, with no real answers. I called their sales line and found out - shockingly - that they don't have a phone customer service line. Really??

This morning I received an email basically blaming me for not supplying a large enough photo, which is complete and utter BS.

It's not worth any money savings to use these guys, they're dishonest swindlers and shouldn't be allowed to do business.

I ordered stickers on this website, which I needed for 120 mothers in my church for mothers' day. they promised me I would get it two days before mothers' day, I didn't. I tried calling them on phone several times, throughout that week, their line claims to be busy attending to customers ALWAYS, even throughout Saturday.

I emailed them on monday asking for a refund, and I got the most shocking and rude emails I've every gotten from a business staff to a customer:

"We did send your item out on Thursday but UK mail have delayed the order.
I know you are frustrated but when you leave things to the last minuite you cannot blame anyone but yourself as it has not left any time for error as the order is only a day overdue."

Because of them, 120 mothers couldn't get their mothers day gift and there was no apology issues, instead I was blamed for 'leaving things till the last minute for an order I made on Tuesday and needed on Saturday and I had paid for special next day delivery.

Till now, they refused to refund my £52 and I'm still traumatised by my experiences with the terrible bunch of rogues.

The company took ages to do the work and it arrived with mistakes in the cutting - rendering at least half of the stuff I'd paid for unusable. the customer service was non-existent to stupid to rude - and after several polite and professional attempts by me to find a solution by phone and email I got nowhere. I wish I'd seen the other recent very bad trustpilot reviews before using this company - I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS there are much better outfits out there on all levels.

Do not use this abysmal company - i have reported them for fraud. I ordered products and they never arrived and two months later I'm still trying to get my money back. They are nearly impossible to contact. After a month of hassle, they apparently arranged a delivery but it never arrived. Potentially in cahoots with the driver. Worst experience with a printer ever. Please be warned.

Sent file in the same way i have always done when dealing with them in the past. 300 labels came back with a word on the text in a different format that was extremely obvious as it disrupted the entire label. When i mentioned this they said i had not flatted the image which is fair enough but why did they print the label with such an obvious mistake. I really expected them to reprint free of charge or at least some sort of remuneration to keep my costume, keeping in line with experience with other companies. Still haven't responded to my last email. Bad for them as i have just taken delivery of 10000 unites of skin cream requiring labels. As it stands would not use them again. Shame

I ordered 'permanent matt' outdoor stickers. The print quality was not bad and the stickers were an accurate print of the artwork I had sent them, however they didn't look matt and the adhesive on the stickers was very poor, and the stickers curled off at the edges and could be easily peeled away, which was no good as I wanted them to be outdoors and resistant to the weather and thieves. I tried putting some spray-on adhesive on the surface I was sticking them to, and that worked better, but the material apparently reacted with the glue and went blubbery and looked bad. Not at all impressed considering they were quite expensive, and would not recommend or use again.

Great service and quality, speedy delivery and good value.

I used this website due to it being easy to use etc. Or so I thought.

What I wanted was white writing with no background to go on the inside of a window facing out, sounds simple enough.

I looked on their website and was given 4 options to choose from, Permanent Gloss, Permanent Matt, Permanent Clear and Removable Gloss. As I wanted matt white writing I went for the logical choice of Permanent Matt.

I then attached a picture, this picture had a white writing on a black background. I had to do this otherwise the exact font I wanted wouldn't have been seen. I explained in depth in the notes section that I wanted only the writing and that the black background was for demonstration purposes only. I even asked if they were unsure to call me.

After nearly 2 weeks the sticker had not arrived. When it did arrive what I got was a black sticker with clear writing. Defiantly not what I ordered.

I then contacted them to inform them of their mistake. I was told that the mistake was entirely mine. The person on the end of the phone informed me that I had selected the wrong product.

He informed me that I needed to select permanent clear, I tried to explain that this was not what I wanted, only to be shouted at and told that they don't print in white on window stickers. I was then told the only way to find this out was to select permanent clear and that this is what I should have selected. If I had selected this option (and only when I had selected this option) a warning pops up stating that they DO NOT PRINT IN WHITE!!!! This is the only way to find this information out.

Not only this but the scrolling pictures on the order page all have white writing on them.

So all in all I feel that I have had £30 stolen from me.

I work in a tattoo studio, if a customer wants something that we feel will not work we inform them of this and work with them to get the best tattoo possible. This to me is good customer service, something this company apparently prides themselves on providing, in my experience they lack the basic ability to even read!

So my advice, do not ever use this company they will take your money and let you down and then act as if it is all your fault.

I rang to confirm that i needed 2 large banners but with no eyelets, i was told by their phone staff to add it to the notes and that will be fine so i did this on both banners, fair play they arrived quite quickly but with eyelets in them, now when i try to phone there is a answerphone that says they have phone system issues so email, so i have .. repeatedly no one will answer, i would like to note the day they arrived i emailed to confirm that they had been sent and was emailed back in less than 10 minutes just no reply's when i am reporting a problem with their work also these banners are very time sensitive as being used for a show so am going to now have to order the banners elsewhere and try and get my money back from these people
