Had some issues with a filter, I contacted this company who went out of their way to assist me. They sent me pictures and instructions and which parts I needed and how to fit them which helped me repair it. Stuart went out of his way to help thanks again.

I ordered some parts from the website and received the package very quickly but unfortunately a part was delivered damaged.
However after sending a photo showing the damage,and this fantastic company swiftly replied and the next day a replacement arrived.
Credit where credit is due Thankyou to the director that quickly dealt with this.

Prices are very competitive. Despatch was prompt and above all, packaging was exceptional! Each item was individually wrapped in clingfilm then neatly stacked in a carton with polystyrene beads to fill the voids.

I was unsure what filter to get. Rang and was answered in 15 seconds. Great advice so ordered it. Received it as promised and is now working like a charm. Can't fault the service.

Thankyou very much for the ultra quick telephone pickup time. I phoned twice and the lady and then Stuart picked up within 15 seconds and sorted my after sales problem without any mother. Top marks. I purchased from Discount Leisure a Velda Laser Guard Fish Pond Heron Predator Deterrent that I needed to return as the unit was faulty.

I made contact with the company and received a quick response from the director Stuart Willson, He was extremely efficient in replacing and collecting the item.
I now have it installed and working perfectly. I am hopeful that my the pond will no longer be a fish restaurant for Herons.

I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and relations.

I had a problem with my main filter pump and smaller fountain pumpin my 4m by 3m pond at the same time when the weather was having a hot spell and so the fish were stressed.. I could not get replacements from large on line supplers quickly so I phoned Discount Leisure who were just 25 minutes from closing. I explained my situation and got there with minutes to spare and to their word they not only had stayed open but had everyting I had asked for ready to go. Not only that but I found excellent savings from the bigger companies I had already tried. Ann and her son were very helpful and stayed to discuss the problem to help me. As a result of their help and advice I replaced the damaged parts and the pond is functioning well again. Thank you both for your help and support. A real helpful family business with a great product range.

Rarely these days do you find a company that puts customer service first, like DLP. I purchased a kayak from these guys which sadly arrived with a leak. I emailed them, and Stuart replied immediately; sorting a replacement which arrived before the end of the week. First class service from start to finish.

Excellent, they were cheaper and faster than Amazon, even when I had to pay for postage, which is normal.

The first time I have used this company. The order came very quickly. The product, plastic back nuts, were not the size I wanted but it may have been my mistake ordering the wrong size. There was no argument, no fuss. No one asked me to prove who's fault it was. The e mail contact, Stuart, asked me to measure the size of the thread I was trying to match, which I did and a couple of days later the right sized nuts turned up with a prepaid label to return the original order.
Excellent service. Breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend.

The finest way of judging a company is how it handles the situation when orders go awry. DLP replied to my problem swiftly, firstly by email then followed up with a telephone call which clearly explained the problem. The replacement items were sent post haste. Stuart Wilson is an excellent customer relations officer . Well done I can highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic, such good service. Stuart guided me through everything I needed for my above ground pool and when I couldn't set it up correctly (entirely my error), he patiently talked me through the set up and it now all works great. 100% recommend, will definitely use again.

What an amazing company to deal with.
So I bought an Intex sand pump from them but realised I couldn’t use it on the pool I had which was also Intex. I emailed the company not expecting any response and the very next day not only did the Director call me, but because I missed the call he took the time to follow up the missed call with an email. I hadn’t seen the email so called the number back. Stuart went above and beyond to help with my query by not only giving me advise, but contact details for who could assist. He didn’t even ask for a review so you know all his efforts were just great customer service. I jumped straight on here to leave a well deserved review. I believe they should request reviews from all past trading customers as I truly believe more consumers would buy from the site. Thank you again Stuart.

Brilliant company to deal with, a very small business that does really well to keep up, i always use their on site shop and the whole team is flat out at all times, the boss works his socks off but always tries to take a few minutes to be friendly and helpful.

Stuart and the team at discount leisure are brilliant, they have been very helpful talking us through our decisons on what swimming pool to buy and giving helpful advice about the install and running of it. they provide that old fashioned personal customer service coupled with the modern twist of doing things on line and quickly. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Can’t fault the company on quality, price or customer support. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
