Worst customer service
I bought some items from discountlocks and the intial service I received looked promising and the items were delivered very quickly. The problem came when I tried to return part of my order as they supplied the wrong item, I phoned their customer service line and all I got was that 'someone would call me', and they never did. I did managed to get through to the owner Nigel Moss, who tried to come up with every excuse not to refund me. I would avoid this company and look else where. Don't fall into the trap.
