Accidentally found DiscountMags, but...

Not really sure how I came across DiscountsMags.com. Might have been Googling "subscribing to The Week," but they offered 2 years of The Week, for less than what The Week wanted for one year. The price has been going up since I first subscribed. Not sure how they do it, but reviews were decent. Mostly good, some not, but that happens most of the time, so I'm giving it a try and looking for the best for two years.

Easy experience with kindness

I am amazed that I could leave a message and get a call back. I did not have to sit on HOLD for an hour. The woman that called me was so kind and compassionate. I had to cancel an order for a friend who had died. It was so easy and I will use your mag service again!

Trouble..... and then none! :-)

I was having trouble accessing the "Magzter" sub-site of DiscountMags, so I sent an email to the DiscountMags Help staff. They responded quickly with detailed directions on how to get where I needed to be, along with picture snapshots which helped tremendously. They even re-sent the Introductory email with the log-in information, and I was able to get in and access everything very easily! So thankful for their Customer Service staff!!!

USE Discount Magazines!!!

I've contacted DMags about various things. The latest about a renewal. Tony responded..it does take awhile and they tell you that! But they do everything to help with any problem or issue you might have. Most problems come from the magazines themselves...not from DMags. They truly are there to help. This is such a great place to get your magazines from...super prices! I have used them for several years and can't brag enough about the service.

Tony took my self-made confusing mess…

Tony took my self-made confusing mess and figured out everything at warp speed. I had many questions and he gave speedy, informative answers. I'd been trying to straighten it out over several days and he took care of it in a matter of minutes. Good job!!

The situation with my account

Renewal Mix-up Promptly Resolved

Because I find Discount Magazine's site confusing and difficult to navigate, there was a mix-up over a renewal. When I contacted customer service, a very thorough, but unfortunately unnamed, CSR promptly and conscientiously sorted out the renewal mix-up and made sure a refund was issued.
Definitely a 100% excellent level of customer service!!!!! Thank you !!!!!!

So appreciate Tony's assistance

Tony was amazing in deciphering clearly the status of my subscriptions. There were several that I'd intended to cancel and/or stop resubscription. He took his time to confirm the current status of each one.
I will continue to use DM & have just started a new New Yorker for my sister. And will soon be starting a New York one as I see the price is better with DM! Thanks. Charlene Green/Cie Goulet

Latasha was wonderful

Latasha was wonderful - she listened, helped but most importantly she was very polite. So often customer service reps sound like it's all they can do to answer a call but this young lady is definitely doing it right!! The world needs more with her attitude!

Last week I had to cancel a magazine…

Last week I had to cancel a magazine subscription that I had forgotten about after I moved. If I remember correctly the person that helped me was named Quinn. Normally when it comes to subscription services I expect the customer service either to try and make me resubscribe or be as slow as possible so I don’t cancel. But Quinn was incredibly quick and straightforward making what could have been a phone call that could last for hours simple. He guided me through the cancellation process smoothly, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.

Latasha is awesome

I want to commend Latasha for her patience and assistance. She is absolutely the best customer service rep that I have ever had. I have very low vision and even with my huge computer screen and oversize keyboard I need to use a magnifying glass and I still make a lot of errors . She was. so easy to work with and spent a lot of time with me and I got exactly what I wanted.

The world needs more Tonys

Tony was kind, helpful, insightful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He had amazing follow through and did everything he said he would He walked me through some confusing situations regarding my subscriptions. I had moved one subscription to another service due to pricing pre-Tony but because of him, I will be keeping my other subscriptions at discountmags.
