Discount pram centre were very helpful when choosing a pram for our baby. Friendly staff who were willing to answer all questions about bundles and recommended products. Made the transaction much easier for us as there are so many to choose from.

We just bought a venicci travel system from the crosshands store. It’s a beautiful pram. The staff at the store are very friendly and very helpful. Not only can you pay in instalments but you also have a 4D scan. Would highly recommend it.

Brilliant experience at the Cross Hands store. Called in for an initial look and were delighted to find that the pram we wanted came as a package with a car seat, and the upgrade option was for the exact one we wanted. We hadn’t planned to buy straight away but after our visit I had a few questions so dropped them an email. Had a really quick informative response and so we returned the next day to put in our order. Friendly staff, great service.

We have been researching Prams and Car seat for the last few months, We found Discount Pram Centre through word of mouth from the Owners.
We travelled from Leicester to South Wales to see family for a weekend and whilst here we went down to the Nelson store, the staff were amazing, they helped us with looking through the different Models and Brands. The staff's knowledge and approachable Customer service style are a great complement to the store, the variety of prams, level of knowledge from the staff and value for money is fantastic.
Just to top it off the offer they provide of a free 4D Scan with the purchase of a pram makes the experience all the more magical.
My wife and I will be coming back for anything else we need and would recommend it to anybody who wants a friendly, professional and personal experience.

Excellent customer service! Ordered our pram here in January and the process was so easy. Have also called a few times with queries and they are always so helpful.

The girls in store were so helpful, but not overbearing. They gave us plenty of space to browse and discuss, and were there in an instant if we needed help. They were cheerful and friendly, and very efficient.
