The staff at the crosshands store were really helpful and helped us choose the perfect pram. We also had a 4D scan at the Nelson store. All the girls were really friendly, and it was amazing to have a peak of our baby girl ❤️

After much research we decided on a travel system which included a car seat not readily available in shops. Staff in the Discount Pram Centre in Cross Hands couldn't have been more helpful, with multiple calls from our end to ask questions and check prices. They even offered to lend us a car seat if ours didn't arrive in time! The whole system was also much cheaper than other stores, so all in all a very positive experience and highly recommended.

I had been searching for the new EggZ stroller and messaging various pram centres, I messaged Discount Pram on Facebook and Instagram and I had a lovely woman named Jayne reply back - to both, knowing I had messaged on Instagram Jayne still acknowledged my message on Facebook and told me she had replied via Instagram. With two children under two, this kind of service I find attentive and fantastic. Jayne then confirmed the stroller was in stock, and sent me pictures of the colour of the pram which was the same as the stroller so I could get an understanding of the colour, as I hadn't seen it before. I came to pick up my stroller today and Jayne came to see me herself, as well as helping me into the car with my new stroller, which after a c section doesnt go unnoticed. What a fantastic customer assistant you have, i cannot wait to come back to buy my new Cybex carseat when the little one needs it.

Went to store in Cardiff on July 18th and the two sales assistants were fantastic. They were both so friendly and took the time to explain the different pram options for me as it can be very confusing. I would 100% buy from here again.

We just ordered our new pram from here. The ladies were so helpful - they left us to try out prams and see what we liked, but they were always on hand to answer questions or show us how to fold certain ones etc. They struck exactly the right balance between being available to help, but still giving us space to take our time choosing. They also gave us loads of very helpful information about car seats, and I felt their answers to our questions were very honest - it didn’t feel like there was any “upselling” or pressure, which is something I really appreciate. A lovely shopping experience. Thanks so much for all your help!
