I was looking for a nice watch for my friend's birthday and this store was much cheaper than everywhere else I had been looking.
The transaction was quick and easy. I paid for fast shipping so I could get it in time for his birthday and it arrived quickly which was great!
I would definitely use this store again.
The only thing they didn't have was a big variety of watch straps on their own as I wanted to get different style straps so he could change them up but I got those from another site.

Great watch at a Great price

I ordered a watch for my son's birthday. After five days I found that the UPS tracking number was still not updated. I chatted on line with their customer service rep and they sent me an email noting that they had several orders not appropriately handled on the day I made mine. They said that the watch was being shipped that day. I wrote back and said that I would now not have the watch in time. They in turn cancelled my original order, and to insure I had my watch in time sent me one 2-day priority mail. The watch was received on time and was exactly as I expected it to be.

I dont know when I am receiving my watch

I looked all over for a replacement for my Nixon watch that had broken. Everywhere I looked the price was high, but the watch had been discontinued. I loved my watch but the cost to repair it was too much. When I came across Discount Watch Store, their price was half of everyone else's. The watch arrived as promised and in the original packaging. Great service and great price!! I will buy my next watch from them!
