The watch arrived and the minute hand was broken about half way down. Apparently there is no quality control either at the manufacturer or from Discount Watch Store.

I bought a watch as a present for my partner, it was the only place that still had the watch I wanted in stock and delivered to the UK. I believe it to be authentic as it was listed as a dealer on the Citizens website but I don't really know anything about watches to be sure. My only gripe was that this company uses DHL which I thought was great at first but turned out to be a major annoyance. It lets you track and select a delivery date for your parcel. The date I selected came and went but my parcel was still on hold. I emailed DHL asking why and just received what seemed to be an automated response as it didn't answer anything. I eventually had to call them (they don't seem to have a free number either) for them to just apologise and schedule it for that afternoon. No one gave me a reason about why it was still being held. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush but it did mean that I waited at home all day for no reason.
Maybe use a different courier?

My order was shipped out the same day and was sent to me within days. I was very impressed by the turn around time for processing. The item ordered was as described and in its original packaging with papers and warranty. This was a great first experience for myself and I will share and repurchase in the future.

Very fast service and communication all the way through

I purchased a watch of their website and was told in an email a few days later that the watch didn't pass their quality test and they only had one left. Why sell a watch if it doesn't work. No mention of a replacement or some sort of compensation for my displeasure and lost of time.
