I ordered a watch for Christmas to be delivered to my parents Home in a different state, because I am out of town for the holiday. I confirmed the purchase with a representative after I spent time purchasing it online, but they would not ship it to where I was. Supposedly they couldn't because the shipping address was different then the billing, then why do you have the option? The representative hung up on me when I told her just to cancel it, without trying to work it out! Very upset about my visit to this company!

Honest company, made a price match for me! It was done super fast, within a few hours I was all set . Every time I call DWS I'm on the Phone immediately, no answering machines or long waiting periods. There is real people who actually answer. Service is amazing and prices are great! I'm in Canada not far from USA border and usually ship my purchases to the border and pick them up to save on heavy shipping costs and duties, but with DWS I ship straight to my house because they offer such low international shipping rates and super fast shipping. Highly recommended company. Thank you

The order was very easy to place, I used a discount code which I had no problem at all with. The shipping and processing was very fast even though it's holiday season. They kept me informed of when my order was received, when my payment was being processed and when it finally went through. Discountwatchstore was great. Ordering was easy and shipping was amazingly fast! A bit dissatisfied with the fit of the Taser watch band however but not their fault.

When I asked for help, the woman that answered me didn't seem to know a lot about the watches being sold. She was nice, but not as helpful as I had hoped, I ordered a watch on Dec. 8; today is Dec 23 and it's not here yet. I am unable to track the order, so I have no idea when it will arrive.

I placed my order on Dec 14 2015, my package was shipped the same day. The item was shipped from Windsor, CT on Dec 14 2015, then it arrived at Bridgeport, NJ, on 12/15/2015 then New York, NY, 12/15/2015 all the same day. Finally it was received at Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States 12/21/2015 5:39 A.M. **** I called the company as I am very upset a this point. I live in the Bronx, NY. How is it possible that my package goes around the world before arriving to my area. I don't get it. I honestly do not recommend this store as the customer services is terrible as well. You don't maintain a business by lying to your customers. You need to gain your customers trust to earn good business. But I guess this is not your priority and you are just around for the money you make. Never again, and I will never ever recommend you to anyone. You have my word on that.
