Extremely disappointing Charter
Extremely disappointed with the standard of the Oceanis Beneteau chartered in Asia through this company. The yacht was presented with a missing boarding transom [one was taken from another yacht to provide a jury rig system] The saloon instrument display for fuel, battery and water was not working. All guard wires were damaged and unsafe. There were no mast head or anchor lights Generator, main engine and dinghy outboard failed in first two days. This meant a couple of days at anchor in the harbour so these issues could be rectified.However we were left with an on going alternator problem not providing enough power to run fridge, air conditioning or adequately lift the anchor. Crew member had to dive below to clean the propeller so speed log would work. In all honesty the list is endless but perhaps the most disappointing is after returning yacht to marina, there has been zero communication with no apologies or even an acknowledgement of the issues encountered
