Frozen food didnt arrive ordered 17 nov. A note appeared on their website, telling people who had not recieved orders to make a claim with paypal. What a time waster.
Thats one place I will not be returning to.
Charged for 3 fish and delivery immediately on using site, automated email confirmed transaction and imminent delivery, then no reply to 10-12 chases over 4 weeks on their official email, other suggested emails on website, the website contact & complaint function, and owner Richard Hanson's mobile. Got one email back after threatening to take further in the 4th week with him claiming he was ill but with no suggestion of how he would repay money or deliver fish and then nothing again. In the meantime the website looks to have been updated 2-4 times over same period. I am seeking to address properly but warning - £165 rip off and thief.
Hi everyone i had to give 1 star as no choice for no stars.i purchased discus from this place and they were in terrible condition extremely thin and 1 had cloudy eye .another had half an eye and the overall condition was terrible.ive lost all 6 costing £200.in a week and i have fought to turn them round .when i contacted him he said guarantee is an hr after delivery.i think his guarantee should be the fish health on leaving premises.its a con.
Plz dont buy if you dont want to waste your money and watch the discus suffer till death becomes them.And i have bought more discus from another supplier and they are superb.
Never purchase fish from this seller. He delivered fish that was almost dead on arrival, covered in scars and tattered fins, unable to swim or stay upright. He advised it should be allowed to recover. The fish died a slow death in my tank over the next two days and when I requested a refund he said that his "warranty" was void because I had put it in my tank. His advice was illegal, and contravened my statutory rights as well as being contradictory to his own instructions to allow the fish to recover.
