They replaced my order after Royal Mail put my package in the bin on bin day. I'd had pretty bad day and losing my package had been the final straw. So I was pretty upset when I spoke to customer service but whoever answered was lovely and honest to God sounded just like a wizard. 10 out 10!

ordered a bunch of stamps, was missing some and they send them after i notfied them. the orders have a lot of charm, making the order look like it actually came from the inworld post office.

Ordered Hoodie and T-Shirt on a Weds afternoon got email to say it will be dispatched in 2-4 days. Was dispatched later same day and arrived afternoon of the next day. Delivery aside products are great and sizes as advertised. Will definitely be back for more.

Little side note the little touches with the stamps on the parcel was a very nice touch as a Terry Pratchett fan.

Ordered a plushie from their site "Discworld Emporium" in November 2024; it shipped November 24. In late December, we contacted them because it hadn't arrived. They noted that Canada had had a Postal strike, which was fair. On January 6 we sent a message to them noting that we'd still not received the product; this went unanswered. On January 16, we sent another message, requesting either an update, or a refund. No answer. Unable to contact Sam Vimes for assistance. Following up with the payment method to recover our money. Unable to post a photo, due to the absence of the Plushie. Disappointing experience. Be cautious, and we recommend using PayPal instead of a Credit Card.

I’ve ordered a hoodie for my partner for anniversary gift and the tracking number provided didn’t work. The parcel didn’t arrive in the timeframe, most likely lost in the post. It took me one email to them for them to immediately send a replacement. Still arrived in time! Beautiful packaging and just amazing customer service. Beyond grateful with how quickly they handled my issue. Highly recommend.

Absolutely magic. Even the packaging was Discworld and beautiful. Honestly, the respect and love for the work is inspired. I wish there was still a bricks and mortar store to visit, but this is the next best thing. Amazing. I will be a loyal customer. Also arrived in lightnight speed and great communication, even the recipet was cool! My goodness, the passion for the wonderful world is evident.

I bought the boardgame Thud from them. Not only the delivery was rather fast and the quality of the product itself is absolutely fantastic but the packaging in which it came is a complete fantasy. Filled to the BRIM with discworld details and references which I was absolutely delighter by.

When one of the ordered items was delivered with some slight damage Reb went out of their way to resolve the issue. Lovely experience! A perfect example of professionalism and communication skills!

Wonderful! I got three tshirts and the print quality looks great. The emails containing references to Going Postal as well as the package having in-world stamps on it were such precious highlights that made the buying experience all the more enjoyable. What a lovely shop!

I found this company while in search for Christmas presents and have been blown away by the speed and quality of my order.
The items arrived within 2 days of my order and the quality of the items are incredibly good. Also, the parcel was beautifully decorated with stickers which was a lovely touch.

Even when Royal Mail's misfunctioning scanner and Irish customs played havoc with my order , Discworld Emporium were extremely helpful and resent the parcel immediately. Contents perfect and as ever plenty of entertainment with the packaging, with the Discworld stamps, stickers, and insert.

I've ordered once from this site, for a pre-order of my favourite book ever, "The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents" in a special edition. There were no issues with the order, it came in a cool little envelope with in-universe flyers inside "advertising" wares.

Recently I had a question about the special editions and dropped a message into the "contact us" form. Upon submitting, I was greeted with a message requesting, basically, to be nice and patient because they're a small team.

Several days later, I received a reply - not only was it actually from a human, but they answered my message and then some, specifying outliers to the answers and understanding why I asked in the first place.

I'm hoping to find a way to provide feedback directly on the website, because Sam was really a breath of fresh air in regards to customer support I've had recently on other sites!

One of my favorite places to spend my disposable income. So much to choose from, great customer service, everything is brilliant quality and packaged so well with some brilliant personal toucher. Fantastic.

I ordered in the morning, it was shipped in the afternoon, and a week later the books arrived, the packaging is perfect (love the little details) and the books arrived intact.
Great website, A perfect place for Discworld fans.

Absolutely magical experience once again!

It is much more expensive for me to order directly from their website because I am stuck in Denmark rather than within their magical vicinity, however, it is something I have done before and will do again as a little treat because getting a package directly from them is an actual uplifting, magical, wonderful experience.

Their staff is happy to help if anything goes awry, or even if you (like me) have a small moment of panic over something that easily sorts itself out. Just kindhearted people all around. Next time life kicks me in the teeth I will make sure to order from them directly again, just for the serotonin their packages bring me. Thank you for being a light in the gloomy roundworld that we are stuck in!

A real treat for Discworld fans. This is a site run by people who love Terry Pratchett’s work. There is a great range and the Genua stamps on the delivery box was fantastic.

I've bought a jigsaw which just arrived. The packaging is gorgeous! I didn't want to open it then found a clever way at the back so the stamps and stickers aren't damaged. So creative and clever. The jigsaw box itself is designed to look like a book and is utterly beautiful. When you open it, the inside of the box is designed with the jigsaw picture, as well as a larger pullout print of the picture. Wonderful quality. I'll definitely buy from this company again. As a fan of The Discworld, I feel like I've just received a hug from Sir Terry himself!
