Audio ic fixed on my iPhone 7

I travelled from Dunfermline to Disk Depot to get the audio ic fixed on my iPhone 7. It was done the same day and my phone is fully working again. I researched the issue online and it seems very common. Disk Depot have a lot of information on their website and this is what made me come to them as they clearly knew what they were doing.

Samsung S9 repair

These guys replaced the screen on my Samsung S9 and I am very happy with the service. I called several other places and the either couldn't give me a straight price, sounded dodgy on the phone or didn't have the part in stock. These guys did the repair the same day and I am delighted with the finish.

Good in Parts

Sent iPhone for screen repair and replacement of charging port. Sent it Monday first class next day delivery via Royal Mail and it arrived with them Tuesday morning. However they did not get to the repair until Thursday. They called me Thurs afternoon to say it did not need a new charging port as they had cleaned it and it was full of fluff 😊.
Promised to return that night. Sent via DPD. DPD really let them down after promised Saturday failed to deliver and must now wait until some time on Monday for phone I had hoped would be back with me on Sat as promised. Disc Depot good DPD very bad 😩😒

I brought a wireless headset from Disk…

I brought a wireless headset from Disk Depot June 2017, they have just stopped working so filled out enquiry form and nothing back and then sent another one I eventually got a sub-standard response back saying as out of warranty they wouldnt accept returns policy. I could understand it if they were a couple of years old but barely 13 months old - unacceptable..

Wont use these again - avoid

Firstly, please let us apologise for the delay in getting back to you for a couple of days, which had been due to a problem with your enquiry not coming through.

The headphones came with a standard one year warranty, and- as you mentioned- failed a month after that had expired. Unfortunately, whether it's one month or three years out of warranty, these will no longer be accepted back by the manufacturer. So, as we explained, this was effectively asking us to accept a loss on the entire cost of the headphones. You mentioned that this was our problem and not yours. We'd agree with this if they were still under guarantee, but this was no longer the case. We don't feel that it's fair to expect this for a headset that had been sold at half the (already relatively inexpensive) original price on clearance and was now out of warranty.

We're sorry that you feel this was unreasonable.

Great and speedy service

Ordered 200 DVD's and 100 CD's on Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered Thursday morning in one package with more than adequate packing.
Will use them again for my next order

Terrible Service

Having received my shipment from this guys I have to say there service is shocking. First off some of my items was damaged due to poor packaging and secondly you haven't a hope in hell trying to contact them.
My advice, AVOID.
