Disappointing and frustrating service
I ordered anti sneeze guards with a 3-4 working day notice with plenty of time for my first ever baking stall. It did not arrive nor did it arrive until I flagged it up nearly two weeks later. I was met with a rude and unhelpful response but assured my parcel would be sent first class for next day delivery.
Again no parcel after several working days. When flagged up courier was blamed and no responsibility taken by Display pro. The parcel finally arrived today, over two weeks late. Cracked and smashed with the box damaged. While that might be a courier issue, it is not my issue as the customer and await a response from display pro.
Very disappointing customer service and would not recommend.
