Excellent feedback and helping me choose the correct cupcake stand

ONLY HALF THE ORDER ARRIVED. After various attempts at contacting display pro by phone and waiting on their queue waiting system for up to 40 minutes I was then asked to leave a message which I did on two occasions. I have sent several as yet un answered e mails chasing this order. Best of luck with yours!

Excellent quality and fast delivery

Item delivered promptly ( though small delay from DHL) and is perfect for my purposes

The website was easy to browse, and the company had just what we wanted..and at a good price too. I made a mistake with the order and the pleasant Customer Services lady rectified things in minutes. Correct order arrived in specified time, and it was relatively easy to erect. However an Allen key would have definitely helped. We use this company again, and would definitely recommend.

Paid £15 for 1-2 day delivery and it has not yet arrived or even been dispatched. No replies to email. 17 mins on hold to be sent to voicemail. I ordered because i needed the items for the weekend. So a complete waste of money and items and now nothing to use on my stall. If i actually get to speak with someone i'll be asking for the £15 and compensating.

From ordering to delivery there was no hassle the item was well packaged and easy to assemble would use again and recommend to anyone

This is my 3rd or 4th time purchasing from display pro, and as usual no issues website easy to use to creat the size of the items I require, in order to complete my campervan build. Hopeful that my delivery wil be on time as previously.

Amazing menu holders, very solid and reasonably priced.

Need to sort expectations and customer service out! if it says delivery within 3-5 days, then you should be able to get it around that time. 9 days later, still no items and no comms either. Finally getting a reply to my email to let me know how to track my shipped items, but the link is corrupt. honestly! just hope the items come damage free now looking at previous reviews. Good luck and make sure you order early enough.

Brilliant. Smooth ordering, super fast and very reasonable price.

Delivery took quite some time without any comms to advise why; we had to call to ask why there was a delay. When the items arrived 2 out of the 3 items were damaged, so I contacted the support team and they were brilliantly helpful. They sent out a further 2 items to replace the broken ones, and they were delivered quickly. Unfortunately they too arrived damaged so we requested a full refund, and got it promptly. I would use them again, but would keep everything crossed that the items were delivered intact. I have given 4 stars because their aftercare service was so good.

Ordered over a week ago now and still nothing. Anyone thinking about buying form tis company beware of delivery thats if you get it.

Broke within a month, and the sides don’t fit together well, big gaps in the corners! Their response when I told them was ‘sorry to hear you’re not happy with your item as we sell over 100 a month’ I feel as though this is a a back handed apology? And judging by the reviews I’m assuming those 100 a month never actually received the product! They told me I could purchase another one with 25% off but it’s such a poor product I wouldn’t dare buy another one.

Ordered a composite panel with specific measurements. Arrived safely and millimetre perfect.

Excellent product & delivery. Look fantastic in my new kitchen. Communication from DisplayPro was spot on too. Thank you for an excellent service.
