After the initial difficulties making contact with DisplayPro, owing to problems with the telephone network in their area, they supplied me with exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price!

I was disappointed that the counter poster display holders took much longer to arrive than originally anticipated. I had to chase up a couple of times before they were finally sent. They arrived just in the nick of time before the event.
The holders were just the right size and worked well for the event.

I ordered these items on 19th June and paid extra for express delivery. On 26th June I have still not received them, have had emails ignored and when calling, there seems to be a standard queue of 3 callers that will keep you on hold for 17 minutes and then send you to an extension where you can only leave a message (if you are lucky). I will be going elsewhere and hope that these items turn up soon!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Feel like I've been scammed and seems I'm having a lot of the same issues as others on here. Paid over £100 for sneeze screens over 10 days ago. Delivery was meant to be 3-4 days. I have tried every day to get through to them on the phone and only spoke to an actual person once. They couldn't understand why I hadn't received it yet, not only was my email address put in the wrong section of the form but they wanted to chase up with DHL, they took my number and told me they would call me back. I still have not had a call back and this was days ago. After placing the order I never got another email about delivery. You simply cannot get hold of this awful company. As well as calling and leaving voicemails I've sent emails and even messages on Instagram. I do not know how to get through to them. So I'm £100 down and seems no items are on their way. If I could give zero stars I would! While writing this I have been on hold for nearly 20 minutes as caller number 2 in the queue. The wait time has been jumping from 2 mins to 7 to 5 and now I've been cut off only to leave yet another voicemail that I'm sure no one will listen to..

They sent out a faulty product which is not fit for purpose. They have not responded to an email outlining the issues sent to them over 2 weeks ago and do not pick up or return telephone calls.

Same as everyone else it seems! Ordered, no item, chased it up initially told it would be a few days, chased again no response, cannot call them because it goes to "extension 148" and then re-directs to a voicemail which advises the mailbox is full. I am just glad I paid through PayPal - currently have a dispute going through over it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and paid for 1-2 working day delivery, which we needed for an event. The item has not arrived, and 5 emails have not been responded to. Do not order from this company.

Have ordered and have not received. Was supposed to be here a week ago and nothing. Called and no one picks up, send straight to voicemail every time. Guess what? Voicemail is full, so not a single message can be sent. I sent emails and no one responded, I have requested fully refund and no acknowledgment. Waste of time and company. Paid extra for delivery, might as well just buy from Amazon than here.

I was told 3/4working days delivery. It is now 8 days. I have phoned 3 times and emailed with NO response!

Delivery hasn't turned up. There have been no updates since placing the order. I rang this morning (five days after placing the order) The number rings, tells you that you are in a queue then cuts off. I've tried four times this morning and sent an email!

Fast delivery. Excellent made to measure splashback. Would highly recommend

The display boards still have not been delivered and the company have not responded to my email sent three days ago.

I wanted to stand quite a heavy picture frame on the stand - so it isn’t quite strong enough to hold it. My bad though. The item is fine just gives with the weight of the frame.

The goods were as described and delivered promptly.

Arrived quickly, well packaged, only opened 1 to check but im sure both are great.

I had placed an order and waited for 2 weeks,as I didn't get anything though the post I had to call 2 different days/times and I have been told the first time the order was not given to the shop floor and the second time was still not done/posted.
Took nearly a full month to get the stuff that I ordered.
What I ordered is doing the job,but not very strong If you need to display something like tray bakes or scones.
Would suit very well for light stuff.
