Product good but....
Product good. Website ordering difficult,I restarted order several times as I expected to be able to upload my images before completing my order and paying. I didn't see notification that I need to order a blank signboard and then they send email to upload my image. Therefore I was reluctant to pay for what appeared to be a blank signboard. I haven't received my order yet but not due for a couple of days.

As your order included our graphic design service, the signboard shows as blank when purchased because the artwork is created afterwards by our design team. We then contact you to gather the images and details needed for the final design. We appreciate you pointing this out, as it helps us improve the clarity of our website and ordering process.
