We were not sure which color to have, but with expertise, Giac at the Clapham junction store was supportive of swatches. I could not be happier with my sofa, handcrafted in the UK factory.

Just made my third purchase from this company—And Ruth made sure the ottoman made it all the way to Alaska in great condition. Our couch and loveseat are comfortable and always elicit compliments from visitors. So glad i discovered this company and could not recommend them more.

Excellent service from start to finish. We first met Olivia at the shop in Huddersfield. She was friendly, and knowledgeable, answering our questions and offering relevant advice as necessary. There was no pressure and we had all the time in the world to make a decision about, what was for us, quite an investment. The information regarding completion and delivery was accurate, and when our sofas arrived yesterday we were delighted. They are beautiful and ooze quality! The delivery team were in the timeframe quoted the previous day, and made l the whole experience easy.

Purchased 2 sofa's from the Huddersfield branch and the cushion fillers on them dont go right into the corners and look ridiculous the larger sofa has a flaw where the leather is all twisted.For the price of these I would have expected better quality control and CS is no help what so ever seems to be once we have your money not interested

I purchased 2 chairs and a couch. Both upgraded leather and springs. Product arrived months later and the chair broken to no repair. I was asked to keep it for a replacement. Been 4 months and still no replacement. Glad I stored your garbage for 4 months for free. Thank you.

The couch I just threw on sidewalk for city bulk trash to pick up. Springs popped and squeezed and sunk 4 inches plus when my kids sat on it. 10 yr son.

Biggest pile of trash. I'll never recommend your product. I'm sadly upset I lost thousands. I literally put the couch in City dumpster and the one non broken chair in garage as a smoking chair. The new one if it arrives will be donated or thrown in garage.

Well-made Chesterfield sofas with some adaptions to the design. All went smoothly and the turnaround time for production was as stated. I looked at many companies before taking the plunge, I am very happy with the result.
