DMV would not accept the electronic signature, there were multiple mis-spellings on the address in the document, subsequent emails with the company did not attempt to solve the issues before I was completely ignored.

Divan Medical also known as Dr Handicap is a Complete Scam , Fraud,Thieves etc only way to define this company. Takes your money and sends you nothing.
They never respond to emails,calls, etc and now they have even disconnected their phones. Don't recommend to anyone . Save your money find another company

Waited months, literally, to receive ultimately zero documentation after initial approval. Refund requested and still zero feedback. Submitted credit card disputes due to incomplete service and filed documentation to BBB, FTC, and related entities. At the very least it is a waste of time and effort; at the most it is fraud/deception/breach of contract.

No communication! No response! No email response. Nothing. Horrible company.

I am so very disappointed in Divan. Last year I applied for a handicap placard and it was a very smooth process. This year, I sent in the application and the fee and the request was approved however I never received the letter to bring to my Motor Vehicles. I have written over a dozen emails without reply asking for an update and just recently left two voice messages that were not returned and sent three text messages that remain unanswered asking for a refund. I fear this works for first time customers but then it does not work for return customers. The company just keeps your money. I am very upset I was victim to this scam. Be aware.

Was charged for a consultation, was approved but never received a letter or documentation from a doctor. No tracking number was provided and I have been waiting over a month for the letter to be delivered. Tried calling multiple times and left voicemails with no return call. Will be filing a credit card dispute to get my money back.

We used this service for my husband. The upload process was easy. We received our signed form back and took it to the DMV. CA DMV requires a wet signature and we have been unable to get that from them. Their phone numbers go straight to voicemail that they never return. They don't respond to emails. I even tried to get in touch with the CEO and VP. The VP was responsive and said he forwarded the issue to the CEO but still we got no response. They own multiple businesses and if you look at Trust Pilot - the reviews are pretty terrible and all in the same way.

Would have given 5 stars. Process was good but it took a long time for Doctor to review i had discomfort with a lot of walking during wait time. Thank you so much! Yes would recommend.

Its easy and straightforward and it's a great experience with DrHandicap.com. The entire process was easy and within a short time, my paperwork was completed electronically and ready for submission to the DMV website.

I was skeptical at first and it took a little time but the results were fantastic!

Paid $160 to Dr. Disabled / Divan Medical, got approved for a handicap placard the next day based on my medical records, and was told it would arrive in a week. It’s been a month — nothing came. I struggle with mobility and they took my money without delivering something I urgently need. No one will respond.

I’m not getting what I paid for. I submitted all info and I was approved about 3 weeks ago, I’ve been ghosted

Genuinely happy with the process.

I initially applied for a disabled veterans placard and plates and expected a response within 48-72 hours as the website stated. After a couple weeks and a few phone calls and/or emails, I finally received an email stating I was approved. However, the initial application was incorrect but customer service was quick in correcting the issue and sending the correct application back to me. I took everything to DMV, (because I wasn't able to submit my application on the virtual site sent to me via email), so that was several days wasted. To my surprise and dismay, I waited at DMV for 2 hours to finally be called to the counter and then told the signature needed to be an original one. I WAS SO UPSET!! That was almost TWO weeks ago! I have left multiple voice messages and sent several emails with no response almost two weeks later which is unacceptable and bad business. If Divan Medical were better with customer service and responding to their customers, they would be top tier. I'm still waiting for a resolution a month later! Please help so I don't have to dispute the fees paid on my credit card. I don't have what is needed to get my approved placard and plates from DMV. All that's needed is an original signature on the 2nd application that was emailed to me, this can be sent via Express mailed to me.

Update: company put wrong name on document. They never responded to phone calls or emails. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is a real pain in the butt. And I still dont have my handicap credentials and it's 3+ months later. They are no good, stay away.

I am going round and round with these people trying to get my wet copy sent to me.Tgey FINALLY send me a pre label tracking number only to find out USPS is still waiting for them to actually send it.i ordered weeks ago and am still getting the runaround
