Ordered from this company and nothing arrived... contacted them and they told lies about it being dispatched and provided a royal mail tracking number.... item still never arrived weeks later I contacted royal mail and they said that they NEVER received it from the company !
The company stopped responding to any of my emails or social media messages... so basically STOLE MY MONEY!!!
I had to open a paypal dispute on them and pay pal refunded me my.money
THIS COMPANY IS JUST AN ABSOLUTE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS
DEFINATELY DONT PART WITH ANY MONEY ON THEIR WEBSITE UNLESS U WANT MONTHS OF BATTLING TO GET IT BACK WHEN THEY SEND U NOTHING !!

Disgusting company! I have never received the item, I have never received any reply for my message.
I have to claim my money from my card provider.
I also intend to lodge complaint to several places due to violations of the Consumer Rights Act.
Avoid from this company! It is a scam! They are criminals and stealing your money only!

Well I am still waiting for my goods to be delivered, I have tried web address to complain and also the shopify system, all to no avail even checked on the post office despatch code still not sent out, so I have no option to go to my credit card system and get my £79 back, but the person you runs this site should answer you back but they put up fake crap about how wonderful we are then they go all nasty when they get a bad review????? I would never trade with them again?!!

Thank you for writing your review. You were refunded for the fact your order was lost by Royal Mail and we have taken it up with them. First you accuse us of not responding to you and then you accuse us of going all nasty when leaving a bad review. Maybe somebody can enlighten me as I'm struggling to see what is nasty about this reply.
Order not received with no reply to messages
I ordered 2 items but after a week hadn't received notification my order had been dispatched. I left several phone messages, sent emails and messages on the "contact us" page to ask about my order but received no reply to any. I opened a case through PayPal which also went unanswered so PayPal refunded my payment.
