I ordered some filters and an adapter for my underwater camera case.
The order was stuck in customs and never arrived. The shop made a partial refund more than a month later without even providing a simple explanation of what happened.
Very bad service - not recommended

Successful order from Divervision! Here’s some details below from ordering to having the products in my hand.

I made an order and paid with PayPal on Friday afternoon around 1pm (NYC), which would be 2am Taiwan time. Divervision is closed on the weekend, but I wanted to send an email just to confirm everything went through okay. Part of it was also the skepticism of the website, like a missing phone number on contact, no real info on their location.

Sandy (owner) responded at the morning of his Monday telling me he’d be shipping out the goods that day. I used DHL Express, and I had a tracking code on my Monday morning with expected delivery on Wednesday by EOD.

Yesterday the packages showed up with no additional custom fees, and were well packaged and secured. Everything was there, new and in superb condition.

Everything went super smooth, and Divervision now has a new reoccurring customer.

I purchased an Ikelite tray with dual handles and the Ikelite vacuum kit. The order was sent within 48 hours of payment and received from Taiwan to Australia in under a week via EMS mail and Australia. Prices are very competitive, email responses are quick and postage was quick. Five star service.

If you have any doubts about stock or other concerns, email them first before you purchase.

Absolute Scam website. ordered 2 items, both apparently "in stock" and paid for international express delivery. After a week of my order sitting as "pending," I contacted the store without a response. Further inquiries all received no response. luckily I paid with Paypal and had to lodge a claim to reclaim my money through their buyer protection. Absolute waste of time.

as many others: ordered an item which was declared "in stock", payment processed but no sign of the order. I even paid a extra charge for 5 days delivery via DHL. After 8 days nothing happens, I write and they answer that the item is out of stock (while their website keeps saying it's in stock) and may arrive in 1 month. Asked the money back they refunded me but in the meantime I have wasted 10 days.
Dodgy practice of acquiring orders with misleading stock information, they should be out of business

I ordered a viewfinder and lens holder on two separate occasions. Customer service contacted me before they shipped the product as well as after to let me know shipping number. Products were delivered timely and were packaged well. If I need anything else I will like to come back to Divervision website.

I placed an order for some seals before my trip. I sent an email asking if I will receive them in time for my travels but didnt get a response. They processed the payment, I sent a second email requesting information on if they would make it to me in time which again went unanswered. I've now sent a third email to cancel my order and request a full refund.

I placed my order for Carbon Fiber strobe arms and some fittings on Friday 26 Aug 2016.
On Saturday 27, I emailed to ask when the order will be shipped. Got a reply from Sandy the same day confirming that the order will be processed after the weekend.
On Monday 29 I got an email with DHL tracing details and all was perfectly delivered to me on 31 August 2016.

I have an upcoming trip to Hawaii, and i emailed divervision to see if i would receive the product in time, as i live in the US, and the company ships from Taiwan. Sandy emailed me back within 24 hrs, and explained which shipping method to use, and assured me it would arrive in time. I ordered it on the 9th on a Sunday at 6pm PST. i paid the extra 5 dollars for DHL express instead of EMS air, and received it Tuesday the 11th at 2pm !!! Thats incredible. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I recently used this site. The service is fast and prices are fair. BUT BE AWARE. The decleration of value by the seller was a small friction to what I have actually paid. This made customs official suspicious and checked his website for the actual value paid. I did not instruct the seller to deduct any value. I was fined by customs for false decleration by seller. They told me that I have to sort this with seller. I asked the seller to pay the fine but up till now I have no answer. Fortunately I paid through paypal and raised the issue with them.

Excellent every time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, I've made six orders now and each time I've been able to save considerably on the prices we have here in the UK. A+++
