I LOVE LOVE LOVE the socks. I bought them as gifts and also received two pair as gifts. The colors and the photos are vibrant. The quality of the socks is excellent.

AMAZING product and customer service

After placing my order I was notified that there may be a shipping delay. I reached back out to Divvyupsocks and told them that I had a need to receive them prior to the expected date, as they were a gift for a grad party. They immediately created a new order and fulfilled it THAT DAY! I had the socks 2 days prior to the party and the recipient loved the wonderful product. I sing the praises of this company 100% and will definitely be a repeat customer.

AMAZING!!!!!!!

I truly don’t have the words these are the cutest socks I’ve ever seen 1000% exceeded my expectations. The picture of my granddaughter on the socks is perfect there is no doubt that’s what the picture is !! They are just amazing. If you are in need of a personalized gift this is it!!!!!! Awful delay and CS/Co-founder experience.

Placed an order early for a single item (birthday gift) so it would be enough time for it to be processed and arrive well within their 5-10 day window.

Gave it another week and reached out to their team to check on the status since I hadn't received any email updates.

Get a boilerplate message saying they would check as it's an an issue with USPS and will get a response in 24-48 hours.

Just got an email and they said it would be shipped AT THE END OF NEXT WEEK. But then says if I need it sooner I can give a date of when I want it. Well I want and needed it when you said or in your email. This says a lot about how they treat their customers with regurgitated and insincere responses. And they kept spelling my name incorrectly too. There's no care or consideration. Will never order from them again and do NOT recommend.

Update 2:
They did fully refund my order, but still could not ship the item out on time. Super disappointed as this was a birthday gift with a picture of our dog who had passed away last month.

Plus the insulting explanation from the co-Founder was even worse.

Jason, the co-founder, emailed me back and tried to tell me that I confused him and his CS person "Jaysonn”. Not only was that insulting, but then proceeded to tell me that FedEx Overnight couldn't ship something until next week. I use Fedex often and know that if the socks were ready today, they can ship it out before end of day and it would arrive tomorrow.

I’ve worked in CS before and understand this can be difficult to communicate, especially when they're working hard and dealing with irate customers and it’s another department that dropped the ball or something. If things just feel through the cracks and they hadn’t even started on making the socks, that would have been so much better than to read through the gaslighting copy and pasted between templated responses.

I see the attempt of having someone at the top respond to you to show they care at all levels, but this just fell so flat and did the opposite. Avoiding this company at all costs, but you know they don’t care by the way this was all handled.

Update 1: Shortly after I wrote this review, I received a message from the CS person I've been interacting with. Now they say they can FedEx overnight ship it not USPS, only for it to arrive on Tuesday and not sooner because of the federal holiday. I placed this order early enough knowing there was a holiday coming up. If they can overnight it, why not just do it now? At least if there's a delay with the order because it's not ready yet, just say it, don't come up with other bs. To make it worse, I also got an email from their "co-founder Jason" who promised it would arrive before the Father's Day Holiday, which I didn't need it for that and he just said the same things and asked the same questions the CS person asked me in their initial response. Again, no care or consideration for customers!

Hi Justine, we are in touch via email to assist further, but just to confirm, we processed a full refund on your order + remade your order and shipped it out via FedEx Standard Overnight so it arrives as soon as possible.

Please note we do not advertise 5-10 days processing time. We advertise all orders will ship out within 10 days. US shipping then takes about 3-5 days. Your order was placed on May 17th and we shipped it out today, May 26th, on the 9th day. Despite the upfront notice to customers about delays, your order was still inside the advertised processing time.

Knowing that most orders being placed right now are for Father's Day, the goal of the email was to:

1. reassure most customers ordering for Father's Day that their orders will be there in time for dad's special day.

2. identify the customers, like yourself, that need their order for a different date/event/occasion and try our best to accommodate.

I sincerely apologize we were not able to accommodate Saturday delivery on May 27th (tomorrow). In our experience over the years, FedEx Saturday Delivery isn't the most reliable service. To ensure we don't overpromise and under deliver, we have made it a policy to avoid offering it all together. Because we aren't able to deliver by the date you need it by (May 27th), we have processed a full refund on your order and shipped another order on the house via FedE Standard Overnight so the recipient can receive the socks Tuesday May 30th right after the holiday weekend.

Again, I am so sorry for the experience you had as this is not a typical DivvyUp experience.

Great gift idea!

I bought several pairs of these as small gifts for friends on Christmas Eve. The socks were easy to order and to upload the photos, and it was fun to choose the different colors. They looked great when they arrived! I only wished I could have used multiple images of different pets without it increasing the cost so much.

I have been ordering from divvyup every holiday for over a year! Every pair has been exactly what I wanted! I’ve only had one issue with a pair being lost in the mail, but they sent me a new pair right away! Can’t wait to continue buying socks from them!

Fantastic!!

This was my second time ordering socks from DivvyUp. The first had our dog’s face and now the children of the family. I was worried that my picture didn’t *exactly* match their recommendations (because…infants) but they did a great job! These socks look as good as the first pairs I ordered, and I’m sure will hold up just as well! Highly recommend!

New Favorite Sock

Great quality sock. My husband LOVES them. They are his new favorite sock. He wears them as soon as they come out of the wash. Got them as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. The family thought they were awesome. Will be purchasing more in the future.
