The showroom is impressive. Choice is good. Do the comparison between their competitors and the difference in quality of kitchen units is obvious. The installed kitchen looks just how I imagined it. Finishing touches still to go on but I’m very happy with the results. One small issue we did have quite a few damages upon delivery. Not DIY Kitchens doing rather the haulier. Katie F in customer services was so helpful. She did what she said kept me informed of the replacements allowing me confidently confirm a start date to my fitter. The damage thing could have been a big headache but Katie was efficient and professional throughout. Thank you Katie for keeping the installation on track. You help is very much appreciated. Jane.

Well made, easy to put together kitchen units. Lots of tips and advise online. I fitted the kitchen and utilty ordered form DIY Kitchens myself with no problems. Good comunication on delivery.

We were thrilled with our final kitchen from DIY, the quality of the units is fantastic, solid oak dovetail drawers and in frame units on our Helmsley bespoke colour kitchen. DIY were so hopeful at every stage of the initial design, through to bespoke colour door samples and the final delivery of our kitchen, everything was so smooth and professional. We can’t wait for our family to live and grow in this new kitchen space.

I found DIY Kitchens via internet search, really liked the website with excellent kitchen design planner. Reviews on YouTube were very encouraging with quality and price comparison. I really appreciated the range of styles and finishes to choose from, I choose a painted colour finish with natural looking cabinet interiors to compliment the small country house. The build and material quality as delivered was impressive and the delivery staff were great. My kitchen was small and restricted by 3 doors and 1 window, the kitchen design has been excellent to accommodate this space with practice features, the 3 draw unit is superb, two corner units with Le Mans shelves work great and wall units look good and are practical. Overall a complete and satisfying success, all installed by myself as DIY, and at a price less than any other quote.

An extremely professional service - both prior / during and after service! 10/10.

I’m still in the process of deciding on my kitchen, but I just wanted to leave some feedback for the amazing DIY Kitchens support team.

Steve was really quick to quote my competitor’s design and was very helpful answering all my follow up questions. Beth was an absolute superstar with my technical query about the kitchen legs. She went above and beyond by actually posting me a sample leg and boss so I could look for a suitable higher leg to achieve my 95cm worktop height.

My free door samples are also arriving today, so I’m looking forward to seeing them and making my final decision!

What has really impressed me is how efficient everything has been. In just one week, I’ve had the quote from Steve, technical support from Beth, and the free door samples ordered online. Everything has been dealt with quickly and without any hassle.

Thank you so much to the DIY Kitchens support team, especially Beth. The customer service has been fantastic so far. I’m hoping to finalise my design and place the order once the plasterboarding is finished and I’ve had a chance to test the higher Hafele legs.

Easy to design my own kitchen and make alterations before committing to order. Useful check service to ensure that the order has everything required. Timely delivery communication and polite, careful staff fulfilling the delivery. Excellent after care to support with a couple of minor damages. Brilliant support with a bin unit that wasn't working properly, particularly from Ginalyn. All support and advice given was prompt, polite and useful. Spare parts were quickly delivered and we were able to fix the unit easily. Highly recommend and would definitely use DIY kitchens again

We ordered this kitchen after seeing my son's units which he had previously ordered from DIY-kitchens.

We ordered the Sienna True Handleless in Marine Blue. The process from ordering to delivery was first rate and the delivery guys were so professional and took care bringing the units into the house.

We had no trouble fitting the units as they are fully assembled and the quality is superb.

We had a local company supply and install the quartz worktops.

The pull out bin unit is great and we wrapped this around the wall and increased the worktop area around the corner.

The online planner allowed us to visualise our design and play about with designs until we got it right.

The price was much better than what we had been quoted at other suppliers.

I am always recommending DIY-kitchens to anyone who is interested.

Kitchen purchased via DIY Kitchens has been great, quick delivery and in fine condition. Couple of shelves and a couple of screw covers missing. Contacted DIY Kitchens and parts arrived very quickly without question. Dee and her team are very much on the ball.

Buying a kitchen on my own I thought would be daunting however with my sons help and the showroom it was quite easy. The units are very good quality carcasses and fixtures also - although I struggled with the planning ,customer service excellent- I was a few legs short for my units but customer service had them couriered overnight and were on my doorstep before the fitter arrived the next morning.
The company that fitted the quartz were very friendly and professional too - all in all a very good experience and much cheaper than other places for better quality .

Since 2024 I have used DIY kitchens for 3 separate projects now. A full kitchen in an new extension, a refit of a utility room and also a home office space.
Each time from use of their online planing tool, the confirmation of design and ordered items check to accuracy of delivery timing it has proved to be a really good experience. In addition when I recently had an issue with a component the after sales service help desk actions were fantastic and my concern was resolved swiftly and without any painful interaction with the "bots" so many companies seem to think of as customer service.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending their products and the services.

This is our second DIY kitchen, we've had no problems with any of the units, now there is another showroom in Oxfordshire it made things even easier.

From the very start of the project, DIY Kitchens have provided support, and shared their insight to deliver a first rate product which we love!! Nothing seems to have been too much trouble, and whilst there were a couple of things which we got wrong, the team at DIY Kitchens did everything they could to provide support, and put us back on track.

On the day of the collection from South Kirby we arrived a bit early but the team at the showroom made us feel welcome, and provided much needed refreshment before we loaded the van.

Special thanks to Martha in the warehouse reception who made us a further cup of tea whilst waiting.

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen from DIY Kitchens. The quality of the units, quartz worktops, fittings and appliances is genuinely excellent. Everything feels solid, sturdy and well made, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic.

We originally got quotes from both Wren and B&Q, but the equivalent kitchens were coming in at roughly twice the price. DIY Kitchens offered us a much better quality-to-price ratio and saved us a substantial amount of money.

We were introduced to DIY Kitchens through our builder while having our extension done, and we’re so glad we went with them. The range of units allowed us to make really good use of the space, including the tall larder units and pull-out bin.

The finished kitchen looks beautiful, feels extremely high quality and works really well for our family. The Cobham Blue doors with Carrera Gold quartz worktops look particularly great together.

Overall, excellent quality, excellent choice and exceptional value for money. We would happily recommend DIY Kitchens.
