Love my new kitchen especially the curved cupboards and the drying cabinet above the sink which my fitter made by converting a standard wall cabinet and fitting draining shelves. It's great to do washing up put it in the cupboard and just close the doors. I saved on the kitchen compared to other suppliers but spent the saving on a granite worktop. Heard about DIY kitchen from my son who had one fitted. I visited the showroom in Witney and that really helped with my choice. Everyone was very helpful especially when I needed to add to my original order. Overall am very pleased!

The kitchen builder on the website is excellent and very self explanatory.
The quality of all the units supplied is superb, outperforming many other brands, thenprices are superb and considerably less expensive then the other big manufacture.
The delivery service could use some improvements, but ive always found the drivers helpful and courteous.
DIY kitchens is now my preferred supplier

Kitchen was delivered on time, we had a couple of units with minor damage and these were very quickly replaced. Kitchen quality was excellent and we fitted it ourselves with no issues, it looks great.

I've used DIY Kitchens twice now, its easy and straight forward and excellent value for money. I also had an issue on my previous order where I accidently missed out a unit and couldn't complete my kitchen without it. The CS staff went out of their way to manufacture one for me to collect the next day so I could complete my kitchen.

Quality product - The real wood doors are soooo nice. The matching cabinets and panels are really good quality with attention to detail witht he wood grain effect. Price could always be better, but the quality is there, so it'sa compromise. You do save - but that's more in labour if you're a DIY'er. Really good range of accessories such as trims and panel sizes, and different sized cabinets, to help you make a kitchen fit the sapce. And on the couple of times I had a question, or an issue, their customer services where really helpful. Delivery drivers on each occasion did an excellent job, delivering with care. Finally, a gift of Yorkshire tea and flapjacks with each order was a nice touch :)

I had a positive experience with DIY Kitchens during the design/order stage. Communication before delivery was generally good, and the carcasses themselves appear solid and well made.
Unfortunately, my experience after delivery has been extremely poor.
The main issue has been the painted components. The original delivery arrived with multiple damaged or poorly finished painted items. Replacement items were then sent, but those also arrived with visible paint defects/damage. I am now on a third set of remedial items, over six weeks after the initial delivery, and there are still issues with the finish and missing items.
This has had a significant practical impact. My joiners have had to be delayed/rearranged multiple times, and I still do not have a completed working kitchen.
DIY Kitchens’ current proposed solution is for a paint specialist to attend after installation to remedy affected items. However, I am very concerned about being asked to install items that are already known to be defective, with the hope that they can be patched up afterwards. I have not been given enough confidence that the remedial finish will match the factory-painted finish or that the underlying quality control issues have been properly addressed.
The most frustrating part is that the problems have not been isolated. There have been repeated defects, delays, missing items and failed quality checks. I understand that occasional issues can happen with any order, but after multiple remedial attempts I would expect a much more robust resolution.
At the time of writing, I still do not have a completed kitchen or a confirmed satisfactory solution.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering a painted kitchen from DIY Kitchens.

As always great quality but the aftercare is always an issue. Chipped doors, or trying to order another panel is tedious and takes another 8 weeks to arrive.

Excellent showroom
Helpful from the moment you walk in.
Staff know there stuff. Ready and waiting to support you. Happily help with questions and ready to give ideas and support where required. We travelled 4 hours and I'm so glad we did. We have walked away with ideas and design tweaks we wouldn't have thought of or considered.
Lovely kitchens and quality is fantastic.

DIY Kitchens came to my attention some years ago and was the first company I checked out when the time came to refit my kitchen. I approached the usual retailers (Wren, Howdens, Magnet, B&Q, and Wickes) for quotes but, to my mind, none matched the quality and price of DIYK. The online planning tool is excellent and I spent many an hour trying out different layouts to arrive at a design that ticked all the boxes. You can save all of your ideas as separate Plans in the tool, which is probably more difficult to achieve with the other retailers.
The structural quality of the carcases, doors, and fixings is high and my fitters encountered not a single fault, major or minor, with any of the units I ordered.
I was so impressed that I ordered from DIYK again when I refitted my utility room 18 months later.

I’m not one for righting reviews but felt in this case I had to.
We recently had our kitchen delivered from DIY Kitchens at first we were extremely happy with the whole process. We did our homework read reviews watched YouTube videos of independent kitchen fitters who compared the well known kitchen suppliers & DIY Kitchen came out on top with quality & price. We visited the showroom & were impressed. We found the planning tool a bit cumbersome & awkward to navigate but got there in the end. The start of our problems! After opening up our delivered kitchen we found the dishwasher damaged, the cooker damaged beyond repair. The cooker extractor fan missing the Quooker tap missing, damaged cupboard unit doors, footprints on the panels inside the cupboard carcasses!! From the manufacturing process! After several emails & conversations going back & forth DIY Kitchens have agreed to replace the damaged appliances & unit items as they should they did apologise. This is now going to cost us a lot of time, money & inconvenience in finishing our kitchen as we have contractors that were scheduled to finish our kitchen leave to start other projects & return to ours when everything has been re-delivered. We also asked for an extra couple of corner trims at a costs of over £200! to be added to our order we asked for a refund on these as a good will gesture for all the problems & extra costs & inconvenience this will cause. They point blank refused any gratuity or reimbursement! Which I think is very poor customer service. I’ll keep you updated as the saga continues.

Great experience ordering through DIY kitchens. From designing it ourselves to them making tweaks to suit, it all went smoothly. Delivery was on time and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough

We had a great experience from start to finish. Quality of our kitchen cabinets are excellent and value for money. Our family member who fitted them for us commented that they are better than his well known branded ones he recently had installed and paid a lot more money for. Customer service was very good, always responded fast to any email I sent and when I spoke to them on the phone they were very helpful. Delivery was also excellent, the man that delivered our units was very careful and gave us lots of information. I would definitely recommend them.

The showroom was incredible. Well stocked, complimentary tea and coffee. Helpful staff. The website was very easy to use as was the kitchen builder. The worktops didn't come with edging strips yet I was assured they would by their customer services. I needed extra bits anyway so added them to my next order and all was good.

The design process was actually fine, and customer service quite responsive. Delivery was horrible to plan for, just received very vague updates throughout the delivery week and then the delivery arrived on a Sunday afternoon - made coordination with my builder more difficult than necessary. I'm surprised there are so many good reviews about the quality - definitely not my experience. A few pieces arrived damaged or chipped off, also the wine rack is a different white than the rest of the units. Overall it just looks like cheap manufacturing. Now two years later wall brackets broke, causing misalignment and malfunctioning of the top units, requiring major work. Would not buy from this company again.

The design tool. The confirmation from a human that this worked in the space.support with Measurements.
The actual quality of the units are fantastic. Really sturdy. All functions work great and it's the best kitchen I've ever had. In my life time I've had 3 new kitchens and this was by far the best.
