It is unfortunate that we couldn't proceed with the installation of your wardrobes on this occasion, however not every space is suitable for our products.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products along with the installation service we provide. By proceeding with the order we wouldn't have been able to achieve our usual standard of workmanship leaving both parties disappointed.
The exact reasons were explained as a result of the survey and a full refund was issued.

The instructions we were given ref…
The instructions we were given ref 88-DRS-NSC were absolutely useless,
Drwg 2a the top channel that was delivered was different to the drawing, Drawing 2b the top mechanism delivered was different to the drawing. The bottom mechanism on the doors that were delivered was completely different to drawings 7a1 and & 7a 2 A,B&C; drawing 7C was slightly useful. The instructions are frankly appalling, because of them the job took 3 times as long as it should have. actually understood it far better when we opened the door package and realised the fittings we had been given bore no relationship to the instructions included.

However after investigating this with our Marketing department it does sound like you have one of our Aluminium door ranges and have received the Steel door instructions in error.

Absolutely love love love my walk in wardrobe 😍
Absolutely love love love my walk in wardrobe. Didnt have a big space to play with but they made it work. The installer recommend adjustments to provide even more space to walk into. The quality and workmanship is so good at a fraction of the price compared to other high street retailers which you need a second mortgage to buy wardrobe from!. Spacepro is actually what the name states professional. Thank you

Quick turnaround time between the purchase and delivery.the doors fit fine i had a carpenter to fit them with no issue.The delivery guys were helpful (carried the doors upstairs),arrived as advised so all good.doors seem good so far 👍🤞

Badly assembled
The frame was loose around the internal panels, you could see daylight between the panels & the frame. Every time we slide the doors this opened up again so we had to clamp it all together and pop rivet it top & bottom to stop this happening. We had to remove the soft close mechanism as this made the situation worse.

Great quality doors and side panel. Option to design and fit the shelves appreciated. inside
The sliding doors looked substantial in the showrooms and they did not disappoint when installed at home. There was a slight mix up regarding the accessories type A or B. I thought only one type had been supplied because only one label (the wrong one) was visible and I did not want that type and was reluctant to open the package fully. I rang the company and they sent a duplicate package and I discovered how the labelling had been misleading, and that the other was there after all! I used some oak beading to finish off the end panel which looks fine and made and fitted shelves and hanging rails inside. This was because I wanted a particular layout. It was good that the company allowed the option to just supply the sliding doors and side panel leaving me free to fit it out myself. The finished layout works very well with its soft closing mechanisms. It looks really neat and I am very pleased with the quality of the doors. (It would have been helpful if one of the showrooms had a soft closing mechanism fitted in their display to demonstrate how it operated. Neither B&Q nor Wickes had that. But the instructions were fairly clear.)

Simple but effective rapid assembly…
Simple but effective rapid assembly sliding wardrobes delivered within two weeks, installed by following simple detailed instructions in 2 hours. Did I mention these are very simple to install? Fit the top track, place the bottom track without fixing lift doors into the top track mark the bottoms bracket position when everything is plumb. Fix bottom track and soft closers job done make a cup of tea! It does look a little daunting to start off but does all make sense in the end.

We bought Space Pro warderobes via…
We bought Space Pro warderobes via Bloor Homes (new home) developer. We paid impressive price but warderobes turned to be very unfuctional and not of high quality. Warderobes' frames are fibble and imfirm missing. Doors are missing totally any grip to close/open the door (version with no handles). Soft closing mechanism is only provided on one side. So, the other sides of the door slams harshly against the frame. We reported issue to Space Pro and they sent engineer but that only confirmed that many customers who bought the same warderobe had the same complaint and that design seemed not the best. Yet company doesnt take any customer feedback into consideration and keep producing on and on the same model increasing the number of unhappy customers. Due to impact the door causes on the frame, and vice versa, (no grip to control force for opening/closing the door) one of the door mirror crashed (my original fear which I shared with Soace Prob that one day it would crack.. ). Company offered a repair for a full charge. Nonsense. Please be warned before buying Space Pro warderobes...

Frustrated Angry Customer
I have considered this product to build a wardrobe 257cm wide on a bedroom wall, but for the life of me I can't get any simple explanation about the product carcass/frame/inside layout from any of the staff in store. I've tried more than four times now since December.
All they tell me is that I have to buy doors close enough to my measurements and build my own frame to hang the doors on.
Extremely frustrating experience, and angry at having my time wasted. Is anyone in store trained to explain this product? If so, I've never met one.

Delivery was a bit hit and miss
Delivery was a bit hit and miss
I was asked at the beginning what the finished opening size was, which I gave, only to find when everything turned up they had taken 40mm off the width and 20mm off the height to allow for panels. Therefore the doors were the wrong size for the opening.
Luckily I had ordered an extra panel so I was able to make it all fit would be nice if they mentioned at the beginning they would take off the panels width when making the doors

When you choose to select liners on the website, there is a message on the right hand side which states;
"Door liners
Door liners are used to ensure you get a perfect look even with slightly un-even ceilings and walls. Please note these are likely to need cutting down to size. We will deduct from the dimensions in Step 1 for any liners specified."
As you selected liners, we need to deduct them from the opening measurements to ensure that all of the products fit into your opening space perfectly.
