Huge choice of colours
Huge choice of colours. We chose the colour which was the same as our walls. It arrived well packaged and was the exact size of the measurements we provided.
Once up (a two man job) it looks fantastic and is so easy to clean.

Have had two Splashbacks from them
Have had two Splashbacks from them. One was one of their patterned designs the other a stock image I found on a website. Didn’t have a clue how to get the image and sort copyright. I rang them for help and they helped me through the whole process. Item was then delivered three weeks later. Very good company. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

When fitting a glass splashback
When fitting a glass splashback, one tiny tap of the corner on a tile and it shattered into hundreds of pieces. Cut hand and glass covered kitchen! I would have expected it to he a bit more robust .

Hi Kerry. Our products are glass and can break, although they are so strong we do post them in cardboard, but no they are not unbreakable the edges are weaker. It is unfortunate if you do break one though of course.
We can help, we were never made aware of your troubles. We cannot change the fact glass products can be broken if manhandled, but we could have assisted you had you let us know. If you need some assistance on a replacement panel let us know, I trust the second part of your order was fitted ok?

Ordered Splashback then recieved a call to check on size and thickness of glass ordered.
Splashback arrived when said it would well wrapped and looks great in our new kitchen.

Great splashback. Poor customer sevice
The splashback was as ordered but I'd chosen the wong colour- my fault. So I re-ordered in a better colour. Both splashbacks arrived when they said they would and were good quality. The reason for 3 stars is their customer service. I spoke to them 2 or 3 times on the phone and they were unhelpful, verging on rude. I asked for some advice on what I could do with the 1st splashback (I wasn't asking for a refund or anything). They said "dump it". Very unsympathetic considering it had cost more than £160.

This sounds very unlike our usually high customer service standards but if you found our staff unhelpful at times I can only apologise.
Yes though unfortunately bespoke glass splashbacks are only ever made for one specific property due to their specific size and colour. If you have one that's of no use to you there is no other home for that custom made item either unfortunately as you cannot adjust the size after the toughening process. An alternative could maybe have been a free to good home Gumtree advert maybe but it's not something we could ever resell.
I'm sorry if you felt this was unreasonable but they're expensive to make as are most bespoke items. If mistakes are made they are very unfortunate, so sorry if you found yourselves in this position where you had to purchase a second.
