What a pleasure to deal with this company - you get to speak to, or e-mail, a real person (Craig in this case) and get prompt, clear and concise responses (and helpful advice, too).

And, as an additional bonus, they were were willing to accommodate my request for changing the position of the drill holes.

Ordered a mirrored splashback but measured it wrong. Rather than send it to me Chris and the team agreed to produce a splashback with the correct measurements and send it out so I wasn't disappointed. I had to pay some money but it saved me a great deal of hassle. Absolutely amazing service and will definitely use again.

Easy to order, lovely glass designs, fast delivery, good packaging, reasonable price, what's not to like.

Can’t fault the service or the product. Craig was really responsive and helped to ensure we got our measurements right. The mirrored glass splashback looks great, everyone comments on it. It was also very easy to install and fitted in the space perfectly. Very happy indeed!

How to look after your customers...
If your looking for a splashback look no further...After taking to Chris one of the owners I felt confident enough to order my splashback...they have a great range of colour's and I was given help with the measurements. Unfortunately there was a problem with the first delivery...but worry not Chris couldn't have been more helpful and I am delighted with the result.

I had a brainwave regarding a personalised kitchen hob splashback. I found DIY Splashbacks on the Internet, gave them a bell and they were brilliant. They only needed a photograph, which I sent. They enhanced the picture to pull out main points to make the whole thing visibly aesthetically pleasing. My whole experience with them was positive. I couldn’t wait for the splashback to arrive.
