Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. I tried to apply a discount code and when I clicked 'apply' then the order went straight through - without me clicking on the 'place your order' button, and without the discount added. I emailed straight away to let them know what had happened, Nic replied after a couple days and was dismissive and mocking. I asked to cancel the order and she directed me to a policy saying that orders canceled before shipping would incur a 15% of the order total fee. She has kept $16 of my money for an order that I never finalised in the first place and I have nothing to show for it but a big waste of time. I know $16 is not a lot but on principle it is so disappointing.
